IDEAL HOME TO USE FOR WEDDING PARTIES AND FAMILIES TO STAY AT FOR THEIR SPECIAL DAY. Surf City is a family town and you can walk to everything you will need, has parking for 8-10 cars, park your car for the week and not need to use again. FIRST FLOOR: garage, ELEVATOR, grand kids bunk room with 8 bunks, guest queen bedroom/bath, exercise room with sauna, glass game room overlooking the backyard with second kitchen/bar, ping-pong table, foosball, double washer/dryer room. I provide several items for babies/small children: 2 full size cribs, pack 'n play and 2 highchairs. SECOND FLOOR: 6 king bedrooms with baths and closets. 2 of those bedrooms are a suite with a pull out sofa. THIRD FLOOR: large designer kitchen with large island and dining area for 18, plus outside eating area on deck, large living room plus sun room with a full bar area and fireplace. Master suite with bath, walk-in closet and private deck area. Additional private bedroom next to the master suite. Half bath on floor. Large rooftop deck overlooking the bay and the ocean with sitting area. Sheets and towels are provided like a hotel, the beds will be made and towels laid out for you and we wash the sheets when you leave and you will manage the towels. I have 2 handymen on staff that live locally to help you in anyway. The pool and spa are open and HEATED from April through November. Friday to Friday rental, check in at 3pm and enjoy happy hour and you don't have to deal with Saturday traffic.
