This newly renovated split-level home in the Glen Cove section of Bayville has two floors of living space and plenty of outdoor space as well. Enjoy your morning coffee on the elevated deck looking out at Barnegat Bay. This home is fully furnished and ready for some summer fun. Enjoy crabbing, kayaking, and water toys on its private bulkhead--long enough for two large boats. Walk to Butler Beach, one block away, or take a short five-minute drive to Berkely Island Park. Seaside Heights and Island Beach State Park are also just a short drive away.

Great spot for a family vacation.

Kids (5&3yrs old) had a lot of fun crabbing in the back yard. House was a good layout for our two kids and 4 adults. Nice deck and patio to relax on as well. Thanks for a good visit!

Enjoyable stay and very responsive hosting!

This property was in a lovely area of Bayville that afforded us the opportunity to bring our boat and JetSki to spend time with our family! The property was clean and quiet and suitable for our needs! The kitchen is great. The 4 bedrooms were a little bit small and there was only one full bath, But it was still a relatively good value. There is a park nearby, which we were able to bike to, and we were easily able to take our boat across to Island Beach State Park, which is not too far away. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The host was highly responsive to the questions that we had. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and beautiful view of the water

The property manager was great to deal with. She responded very quickly to all my questions. The house is very convenient to shopping. Nice deck with a beautiful view. The pictures of the house are pretty accurate. The house is clean but very dated. It’s not your typical full time rental. It feels more like you’re staying in someone else’s home. Overall it was a good experience.

Beautiful home on the bay

My husband and I had a great vacation staying in Renee and Larry’s (owners) family home. The home has 4 good size bedrooms. Plenty of space for my grandkids to visit for a night. The home is equipped with everything you need. The house was supper clean and had lots of towels, dishes, cooking utensils and much much more. The views from the upstairs deck were incredible. Only 25-30 minutes to Seaside. All kinds of stores near by. This home was a great find for our family vacation. Thank you Renee and Larry for letting us enjoy your beautiful family home.

Beautiful home.. Enjoyed the stay

The hosts Renee and Larry are gracious and very accommodating. The house is very nice, the bedrooms are very comfortable as is the rest of the house. The full reclining love seats very relaxing. All the amenities listed were available.. I still overpacked.. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs deck enjoying the views and grilling.. It was a big plus to dock our boat at the house and convenient to hose it down after a day of clamming or crabbing or just going for a ride.. We also had a chance to meet some very nice neighbors, very helpful with places to go.. Will definitely look at coming back.

Exceptional Home away from Home

This is one review I almost don't want to write because then everyone will know about this phenomenal home away from home!! Then it will be harder for us to rent again because we definitely will be back! Everything about this property makes you feel right at home. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped, cleaned to the best standard, and lets not forgot about the view from the tranquil back deck! Stunning. The communication between us and the owners was easy and it felt like a conversation with an old family friend. No stress at all during the stay. If you are anywhere this area please consider this property, it is truly amazing!!
