Saltwater heated pool (heated after May 15 until October 15), newly remodeled kitchen, newly enlarged dining and living areas, bar, outdoor shower and half bath. Engleside Avenue is a lovely area, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars/clubs, mini-golf, pharmacy, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundering Surf Water Park, Chicken or the Egg. This rental was formerly two adjoining 2 bedroom units with 2 small kitchens and 2 small living rooms, with a separate rented efficiency. Upon receiving suggestions from our guests, we have opened up, combined, enlarged and remodeled these units to accommodate larger family groups in the living areas.

Cancellations: In spite of our "No Cancellation Policy," we will give a FULL refund, if you cancel and we are able to rebook the dates. If we are able to rebook some of the dates, we will refund you for those dates.
