Peace, quiet and serenity are what you will find in a country setting located just a few miles from Bulverde and Spring Branch, Texas in the heart of the Hill Country. 2 newly-built, brand new farmhouse cottages, tucked away in a grove of Oak trees and located on a private 52 acre ranch. Enjoy the outdoor patio with a gas fire pit and BBQ grill with panoramic unobstructed views of the Hill Country. Located 3 miles from Bulverde shopping with HEB Grocery, Home Depot and Walmart close by. Within walking distance to the Historic Anhalt German Event & Dance Hall and the exclusive Lost Mission Wedding venue. Conveniently located 20 minutes for San Antonio and Boerne, 30 minutes to New Braunfels and 1 hour from the quaint German town of Fredericksburg.

Dream stay!

This cabin was one of the top stays I've had. The inside is decorated so cozily and the house is equipped with everything you'd need to make the stay feel at home. The house is situated on a beautiful chunk of land with amazing views from the windows and front porch. Our favorite was having our coffee on the porch rocking chairs each morning. We also enjoyed the bonfire pit. I'd totally recommend staying here if you're looking to unwind and relax!

After living in Hawaii for almost 20 years, and with a newborn and 3 dogs, we decided it was time to return to the mainland to be closer to family and friends. Previously, Doug had lived in San Antonio and loved all that Texas had to offer. On December 1, 2006, we packed up and moved to Spring Branch, TX, and have been here ever since.

We want to share our beautiful property with others, so we decided to construct two farmhouse style cottages on a secluded area of our land. The cottages officially opened early July, 2024.

Our favorite things to do are to sit and have coffee on the front deck, sit around the fire-pit at night and listen to the sounds of nature. We hope you enjoy our property as much as we do!

We wanted some land to raise cattle and have a little more space. We lucked out on this property! When we bought the property it was nothing but cedar trees and jungle. We used machetes to get through the trees! It's been a process and lots of work, but it's coming along. It's quiet, peaceful and beautiful!

The cottages are on 52 acres of private ranch land, secluded from any neighbors. We put our hearts into building these cottages and wanted guests to feel welcome and at home. I think we achieved this result!
