We value feedback as it helps us improve and ensure future guests have the best possible stay. Regarding the listing, I’d like to clarify the oversight about the number of bathrooms. While the property is listed as having 5 bathrooms on VRBO, it is correctly stated as 3 bathrooms on other platforms. We have corrected this discrepancy to avoid future confusion, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. On the thermostat issue, I want to assure you that the matter has been addressed. As I mentioned when we spoke, the house is newly built, purchased over the summer, and this was the first time we encountered concerns with heating. After you checked out, we raised a warranty ticket with the builder, and the HVAC issue has since been resolved. The listing does state that the house sleeps 10 guests. The dining table setup, as shown in the listing pictures, seats four, and we provide three additional highland chairs to accommodate all guests. For the kitchenware, we strive to ensure that all essentials are available. However, we will take your feedback into account and reassess to ensure everything is well-stocked for future stays. Regarding the bed linens, we sincerely apologize for the oversight. We have multiple sets of linens, and unfortunately, the cleaner appears to have used an incorrect set during your stay. We take this issue seriously and will ensure it doesn’t happen again by updating our processes and replacing the linens for enhanced guest comfort. On the missing remotes, we discovered that previous guests had misplaced two of them, and we have since purchased replacements, along with additional backups, to prevent this from happening in the future. Finally, we always encourage our guests to reach out if they require anything during their stay. Other than the heating issue, we were not informed of additional concerns, but we would have been more than happy to assist immediately if notified.
