Escape to the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida to enjoy a well-appointed, spaciousl 3 BR, 3 full bath home with a private salt water pool, spa, and 3-car garage in gated Boca Royale Country Club community. This long-term rental (3-6 months) is perfect for those looking to escape the northern winters and is conveniently placed between Sarasota and Fort Myers. Located in North Englewood (Sarasota County), you are a short drive to Venice with its famous pier, live music, theater and arts festivals, as well as to Sarasota, and Manasota Key, home to 4 beautiful, unique beaches. Minutes from the new Atlanta Braves Spring Training Stadium and Wellen Park, where a new Costco just opened. Other highlights are Lemon Bay Environmental Center, Bike Trails, State and County Parks, wonderful Restaurants, Fishing, Kayaking, Boating and other Water Sports. This beautifully landscaped community has sidewalks, a resort pool with a Tiki Bar and lap area, gym with yoga and Pilates classes, clubhouse with activities and entertainment, and a restaurant, offering brunches, lunch,dinner and scheduled live music. Tennis, Golf, and Pickleball for two tenants are all included in rent. The 18-hole semi-private golf course has been totally restored and the rental includes a complimentary personal golf cart (there is a cart trail fee). The home provides an open space design with the primary king bedroom, walk in custom closet, and large marble bath on the south side of the home, and the 2 guestrooms, den, and two full baths on the north side of the home.. At the home's center is the kitchen, dining and living areas. Enjoy the home's fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with stainless GE Deluxe Profile appliances, quartz countertops, pantry, and eat-in dining area as well as a large center island with additional seating. Abutting the kitchen is a dining room with seating for 4 and the comfortable main living area with a 65 inch Smart TV. The covered lanai overlooking the screened, heated pool and waterfall has an expansive patio overlooking a conservation area and is the perfect place for a cold drink and al fresco meals prepared on the natural gas grill. Evenings on the lanai provide beautiful sunsets, and mornings provide gorgeous sunrises on the front patio. At night take a dip in the lighted pool ,or enjoy the Bullfrog Spa, and look up at the abundant stars. The home features high speed, wireless internet, three Smart televisions including one in the lanai, 10-ft. high ceilings with ceiling fans in every room, plantation shutters, a complimentary golf cart, separate laundry room and electric lanai sun/hurricane screens. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach cabana are included. You will love the peace and beauty of the community, the close proximity to uncrowded beaches and parks, and wonderful towns to explore. Enjoy shopping for fresh produce, flowers, eggs and food at the Old Englewood Farmer's Market on Thursdays mornings! Served by three major airports- Fort Myers, Sarasota/Bradenton, and Punta Gorda- as well as two local, private airports. Just bring your clothes! Everything else is provided.
