Un coin de paradis vous attend dans ce cadre pittoresque entre Sarasota et Ft. Myers. Notre 1700 pieds carrĂ©s 3 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain beautĂ© est situĂ© juste sur le golfe du Mexique. Le magnifique condo a Ă©tĂ© construit en 2005, avec des vues sous de nombreux angles, de nombreuses amĂ©liorations et vient d'ĂȘtre meublĂ© rĂ©cemment.

Profitez de magnifiques levers de soleil surplombant le golfe via la véranda fermée ou asseyez-vous sur votre propre terrasse privée. Une fois terminé avec le soleil du matin, vous pouvez vous baigner dans la piscine chauffée ou la plage. Il y a beaucoup de flotteurs de piscine et de jouets de plage dans le stockage extérieur pour les locataires.

Rendez-vous ensuite Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et profitez de vos deux splendides coins salon sur la vĂ©randa ou dans la salle familiale. Profitez de l'Ă©cran plat de 50 pouces avec un lecteur DVD. De plus, vous pouvez vous dĂ©tendre n'importe oĂč dans le condo pendant que vous utilisez Internet sans fil.

Le condo est livré avec une suite parentale qui comprend un lit king-size, un dressing, une baignoire et une merveilleuse douche. Il y a aussi deux autres merveilleuses chambres qui ont des lits queen. Dans le salon, vous pouvez également dormir confortablement sur le canapé-lit queen.

Nous n'avons pas oublié ceux d'entre vous qui apprécient une belle soirée de vin et de dßner. Profitez de la salle à manger spécialement décorée pour ces splendides soirées. Ou, vous pouvez vous détendre et manger de maniÚre informelle dans la salle à manger du dßner dans la véranda.

Englewood Beach est idéalement situé entre Sarasota et Ft. Myers. C'est sur de magnifiques plages de sable blanc qui regorgent de nombreuses activités. Les bombardements, la plongée en apnée, la navigation de plaisance, le peignage sur la plage et le kayak sont quelques-unes des activités à quelques minutes de votre porte. La péninsule du Cap Haze abrite également la capitale mondiale de Tarpon et Snook - Boca Grande - qui se trouve à dix minutes en voiture. Il y a de nombreux et merveilleux restaurants, terrains de golf (sept en cinq minutes) et des quartiers commerçants à une courte distance en voiture.

La climatisation centrale, ainsi que des services de piscine sont fournis. Le chauffage de la piscine est fourni avec le tarif de location. La maison est également aménagée avec une buanderie.

Paradise on the Beach

The Condo and the Sandbar Cafe (a 5 minute walk from the condo) are excellent. The water is not Virgin Island quality, but good enough for a nice week of the swimming in the gulf.

Perfect vacation stay

This unit has an amazing view of the beach and was spacious enough for five adults and a toddler. We enjoyed the pool and that the restaurants were within walking distance. The condo was clean, beautiful decor, well maintained and the kitchen well stocked with appliances. Not to mention the morning walks on the beach and the amazing sunsets!! Great communication with Jennifer and highly recommend!

Slice of Paradise

Highly recommend this property. Loved the location as it literally is a place on the beach. Loved the extras including the coolers, lawn chairs, sand sifters, luggage carts, and more. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay

This condo is right on the beach and conveniently close to fabulous restaurants/tiki bars. We we within driving distance (30 min or less) of places to eat/go the mainland. The condo was well stocked and everything we needed was already there or easily available! The condo owner was responsive and communicative. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and our stay!

The view! The location! The cleanliness! Everything! We loved being able to walk to the restaurants. The condo was well stocked and cared for, and the view is impossible to beat. It was a great stay. Communication was great as well. We will be back!

magnificent views

The views from the kitchen, dinning room, living room, master bedroom and porch are fantastic. Condo is well stocked. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs. Would recommend this rental to anyone.

Just what the doctor ordered!

A beautiful place and location. Sipping morning coffee on the terrace while watching the surf was a great way to start the day. Quiet, simple and comfortable accommodations. A short walk to some nice restaurants and a quick drive to get supplies. Don’t miss this one!

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful large, quiet condo with all the amenities we needed. Great location on a large, uncrowded beach with four restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. Nice screened-in porch where we could have a drink and watch the sun set over the water. My wife also enjoyed daily yoga sessions led by a local resident on the beach. Locals said the January weather was cooler than normal, but we thought it was quite pleasant. A few episodes of rain, but we were able to walk on the beach every day. Pool is not in a sunny spot, but it was heated and never crowded. Really enjoyed this place and we will be back.

We will be back!

We had a fantastic 1 week family vacation at this property! Jennifer was easy to work with and responsive to questions about our stay. The condo was as advertised with many amenities you would need for an extended stay (plenty of pots/pans, a crock pot, coffee, ect.). The view and the private screened in and outdoor space were better than advertised - honestly the pictures don’t do it justice! There were beach chairs, beach toys and pool noodles available which makes traveling from out of state convenient! The pool is small (you can tell from the pictures) but we were often the only people there during our stay so it was not an issue. The condo was also in easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. We are hoping to book this condo in the future!

Overall, a good condo on the beach.

The Good: Lots of room; well equipped; everything worked as it should; nice location as we have stayed at many different places on that beach (FL natives); owner Jennifer easy to communicate with; fairly priced for the high season we went; parking spot under building; quiet complex; and good outdoor space in condo. The Not-As-Good: I guess there is very restrictive parking due to HOA policies. We worked through it with Jennifer and realtor company when we arrived. There seem to be plenty of spots, but getting an extra pass for a visitor for overnight or something was not a simple process. Fairly minor cleaning issue before we arrived. The floors and one shower had fair amount of dust/crumbs/sand, etc.I guess the previous tenant had an issue where the 3rd floor patio screen was completely ripped open flapping all over the place. I emailed Jennifer and asked if I could simply cut the screen all the way across until it was repaired. The screen really isn't necessary 3 floors up and this time of year, but it was simply unsightful. Jennifer scheduled someone to repair the day we checked out, so should be fine now. The front door exterior is in serious need of painting. Doesn't really affect a tenant, but for such a nice place having the front door paint almost completely worn off, it doesn't make a great first impression. Although it didn't bother us, it is a very small pool and there is no complex outdoor space facing the beach. If that is important to you - just take it into consideration. It's a good 4 star place. I'd stay there again. It would be easy to address the points above.
