Experience Lackawaxen like a local in this 3-bedroom house. Nestled in the heart of Lackawaxen, this lovely property offers a cozy retreat for guests. With 3 queen beds, everyone will have a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. The house features modern amenities like a washing machine, AC, heating, iron, WiFi, and a hair dryer. Plus, there's an additional living area with 3 twin beds for extra space. Fall in love with Lackawaxen and enjoy the magic it has to offer. There are two outdoor surveillance cameras. One is on the front porch facing the driveway and the other one is placed in the driveway facing the entrance. There are no recordings on the camera. Just live feed of entrance and exit of guests.

Our home is located in the Masthope Mountain Community, a private community for members and their guests.

Before booking: The Community requires rental guests to complete a registration form before check-in date.

Reservations are subject to cancellation if guest registration form is not completed.

Masthope Mountain Community Amenities Day Passes are available for additional purchase. There is one weekend per year during which guest passes are unavailable for purchase, the dates for 2025 are July 4th-July 6th.

This home was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and not missing any supplies. The kitchen was well stocked. We celebrated the New Year with family and hope to do it again next year - or maybe in the summer! The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Kids loved skiing during the day and the playroom at night!

Four friends celebrated empty-nesting! The house is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked - measuring spoons, cookie sheet, 2 coffee machines, dishes, everything you need. The couches and beds had plenty of pillows and throws. The furniture is comfortable. Fun welcoming touches -- snacks and chocolates with our names on them!

I've never stayed in such a well stocked rental! This house could be on HGTV. Gorgeous, everything you need, and super close to the lodge / pools. Would highly recommend!

2025 Family Vacation

Where to start? The owner amazing.The property amazing. the amenities amazing. The owner truly cares about her property as well as her guest experiences. She is very communical and available for any questions. The house is beautiful plenty of space there was three of us at the property but we did a family vacation so their total of us is 17 and we hosted a dinner game night and there was plenty of room for everyone. There is a pool table and foosball table downstairs for the kids as well. This is one that we will definitely be back to.

50th Surprise Birthday Girls Weekend

We loved our stay at Blue Deer Chalet. Danielle was awesome communicating with me and accommodating our needs. The owners definitely went above and beyond to make our stay special. The beds were comfortable, the towels were plush, the appliances are high end. There was some dish tabs, trash bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies, spices, etc provided which is always a plus in my book when vacationing at a VRBO. The home was well stocked with glasses, plates and cookware. Oh and the multiple visits from the deer were a huge bonus! We had an amazing time and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thanks Danielle and Diane!!!
