This beautiful home features a unique combination of anemities with its fantastic proximity to the beach, 8-person hot tub, 4 deck levels, panoramic view from the crow's nest, game room, and two-unit living areas.

In the UPPER LEVEL you will find a fully updated kitchen with quartz countertops and dining area. Relax on the soft leather couches! Three king bedrooms and the master connects to a bonus room with two twin beds and an outdoor deck! Two full bathrooms.

The LOWER LEVEL contains a bedroom with a king bed and two twins, a full bathroom, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric frying pan, sink and coffee maker. The game room contains arcade pacman, soft-tip dart board, professional foosball game, game table, board games and puzzles.

You will definitely enjoy the 4-tiered decking where you will find the crow's nest, hammocks, rocking chairs, round picnic table and a variety of chairs.

*Cancellation policy is full refund within 60 days of check-in minus the 3% credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
After booking, guests are required to sign our short rental agreement electronically. A $300 security deposit hold is placed on the credit card 2 days before arrival and is automatically released within 3 days after departure, pending no damage or excessive cleaning. This is an authorization hold only, not a charge.

The house is in great condition and has a lot of kitchen appliances to use. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Super convenient! Great location to shops, restaurants and mini golf/arcades. Overall, a great stay!

Great place! Very, very clean. Lots of amenities. One thing to note that I didn't see in the property description ... one of the bedrooms (with a king bed) can only be accessed through thru another bedroom (with two twin beds). There is a door the separates the two rooms, but it kind of messed up the sleeping arrangements for our group. Other than that, the place was wonderful!

We had a restful family week at Rise and Shine. The property was well cared for and had everything needed for a great beach week! The weather was too cool while we were there to take advantage of the rooftop sun deck, the beach chairs or the outdoor shower. But the hot tub was a fabulous hit with the whole family! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the downstairs game room a plus for rainy days. There were 2 easily accessible beach access points close to the property. The host was amazing and incredibly responsive to email! We will definitely consider a return trip to this wonderful rental!!

The beach was a short 2 minute walk from the house and was beautiful!
Our fur friend loved the faux fireplace.....the heat put him right to sleep!

Great for a beach vacation with several couples

I love that this house only has King beds- it makes it so much more comfortable for several couples, and there are some kids beds too. The beach is right around the corner, and the house is really great for a family get together

Fantastic house and location, with terrific owners!

Just returned home from a week at Rise and Shine and had a fantastic time! My daughter and I were there for a week and although the weather could have been better, the house was beautiful and the location was near everything needed. The owners were also very helpful and friendly and were quick to respond to our questions. Did not disappoint! We will definitely return next year!

We bought this property primarily for the great location and the two beach accesses! The panoramic view from the crow's nest was the icing on the cake! When we vacation with family and friends having an area for privacy is priceless and the two separate units provide an avenue for privacy and also areas for gathering together.
