The room was perfect. Everything we needed was there. Slept great, Jonas was very nice to show us accommodations and made sure we knew how everything worked. I will definitely stay there again

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It may be tiny but with lovely windows and a balcony it felt more than adequate and very well-equipped - we always like a Nespresso. It is in a bustling area full of all shops and restaurants with the Metro just down the road. This means it is noisy quite late into the night. But you’re on a main street in a busy area, we knew this so it did not bother us at all. Jonas and Lena are great communicators and we had a wonderful time. Get the weekly travel card on your phone and for around 28 you can go anywhere on buses, trains, metro and tram. It was great!

Nice stay in Paris close to sights

Nice little flat close to a lot of important sights in Paris. We enjoyed exploring Paris from that place. Everything you need, supermarkets and restaurants, in walking distance available. Great little apartment with everything you need to cook and live.

Apartment is exactly as described. WonderfulLocation. The area is easy to explore. The balcony is the perfect touch to sit out on in the mornings and evenings to watch Paris go by.

SUPERB!!!

Everything was simply superb - from the host to location. Not only the host met us and gave all explanations but also gave us a super advice how to move around the town. As for location - cannot get any better. You can reach basically ANY major destination/attraction on your plan by walking; plenty of stores and restaurants; very safe, too.

Prime Location

What a great place to stay! I can’t say enough about the location. Just a minutes walk from a huge train station, this location is amazing. We were able to walk most places but knew that transit was always an easy option! The area is bustling with lots of places to eat! The space was clean and comfortable! Communication with the host was easy and they even have a FAQ book to answer questions you might have forgot to ask or how to operate the appliances in the place! We would definitely stay again!

This is a very nice place to stay. Great location. Pretty central to allot of things. A bit of a walk to the Eiffel Tower but if you are mobile enough it's easy to do. We enjoyed renting the ebikes with uber. We found this very easy to do and really it's the best way to get around. The bed was really comfortable and so amazing for a hidabed. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio. The stove is very easy to use. The it is a noisy area but we found this not a problem with the shutters closed and blinds if you want. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful property and location

Spectacular location. Close to all tourist sites. Restaurants from all over the world in the same street, excellent communication with the owner. The owner was there to welcome me. I arrived on a very hot day in Paris so the A/C was very appreciated. Impeccably clean apartment, nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable and best of all, the balcony with a great view of Paris. This apartment will definitely be my home in Paris.

Lovely day in Paris

We had a lovely stay in Paris in the flat had a nice balcony. It had a lot of steps to get up to the flat 42 to be exact, but it did have a lift to carry your luggage up to the floor. It is very conveniently located, not far from the tube and shops and restaurants. another thing the flat is small. You have to put your suitcases on the floor and work out of them on the floor. but the convenience of being right in town is worth it if you aren’t staying real long.

Great Apartment

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Paris, and the Jonas apartment was everything I hoped it would be. The location is fantastic, and made the perfect "home base" for our daily expeditions around the city. Even better, it was incredibly quiet despite being in the center of everything, and we really appreciated that. Everything was perfect when we arrived: super clean, wireless connection a breeze to set up, great bathroom, and a tidy little kitchen. The balcony and the A.C. was the top. This apartment is by far the best location we have found. Thank you so much Jonas for making our vacation even better than we could expect!

Perfect location, perfect apt

I loved this apt. Absolutely perfect location for the Paris experience. The convenience to the metro 5 min away, the bustle of the street corner, the shops of every kind in the pedestrian street below, the view from the balcony of the Paris buildings and streets, the two floor to ceiling windows that open wide during the day and close up tight for a quiet night, the little kitchen and shower and washing machine and folding drying rack that all worked beautifully, the comfortable bed, the nice little solid table and chairs, and the closet to hang my clothes. And Lena was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much Jonas!

Upon arrival we discovered the portable AC exhaust duct was disconnected from the wall vent and blowing hot air back into the room. My husband knelt on the floor to reconnect the duct. When he stood up there was sticky residue on his pants from kneeling on the floor. We knew the apartment was small but we were very crowded with just our two carry on sized suitcases. The portable AC was very much needed but it also takes up a corner of the already very small space.

The location of this unit could not be better: extremely convenient for several metro lines, restaurants, groceries, and pubs. As listed, the place is small- kitchen and bathroom are tight but the shower was good-sized. There was no hair dryer or kitchen towel. These were minor concerns and would not make us hesitate to re-book. The host was very informative and helpful.

Die Lage war super zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Durch die Hauptverkehrsstraße aber auch etwas lauter.Das Appartement ist sehr klein und für max. 2 Personen für ein paar Tage ausreichend. Checkin und Kommunikation hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Wir haben die Woche in Paris sehr genossen.

Schönes kleines Apartment

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns in dem kleinen Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Straße vor der Tür ist zu hören. Wenn jemand sehr viel Wert auf Ruhe legt, ist dieses Apartment nicht das Richtige. Die Lage ist ansonsten perfekt.

Hi Rita, Thank you for your review. I'm a bit surprised about your comment about the noise. I showed you how to close the outside shutter on the balcony and how to use the thick curtain on the inside. This together with the double glazing takes away almost all outside noise. If you forgot to that i'm so sorry. I guess you didn't do this because even the most sensible of my guests have been able to sleep very well. Please consider that the apartment is in the middle of Paris so it will never be completely silence as on the country side.
