Spacious Duplex in the Heart of San Marco!

This listing includes the entire duplex — two separate units under one roof, each with its own private outdoor entrance and no interior connection. It’s the perfect setup for families or friends traveling together who want to stay close while enjoying their own space.

Cruise the charming streets on bikes, shoot pool under Italian twinkle lights on the oversized back porch, enjoy al fresco dining, and watch the sunset at nearby Riverfront Park.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests: three queen beds, one king bed, a full pull-out, and a queen pull-out sofa. Two dedicated office spaces and 1-gig high-speed WiFi make it ideal for both remote work and leisure.

Additional comforts include in-unit laundry and a large shared screened-in porch equipped with cozy seating, a propane grill, pool table, dart board, Smart TV, and plenty of room to unwind or entertain.

Pet Policy
We love pets! Two pets under 50 lbs are welcome per booking. Please keep pets off the furniture and use a kennel if left alone and not house-trained. A one-time $50 pet fee applies.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Laura and Brian are awesome hosts. The property is perfect for our group and provides ample space for 4 grown men here for golf and football! The pool table on the porch is always a hit. The ability to walk to all the restaurants and bars in San Marco makes this an ideal spot for our now annual guys trip. I’m sure we will be back again next year as soon as we set our schedule. You can’t go wrong staying here or feeling more welcome.

Family Wedding

Very nice and comfortable home. Great location to the center of San Marco to shop, eat and be merry. Laura and Ben were very attentive and went out of their way to make things comfortable. Not having to worry about where you are staying allowed us to enjoy our visit and the wedding.

Great House. Great Location.

The property's location in the San Marco neighborhood of Jacksonville is fantastic. It's a very walkable area. Just minutes walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and a Publix grocery store. It's a beautiful historic home which the owners have nicely modernized while not loosing the charm. Great owners who were very communicative. Don't miss the screened in porch. It';s a great location for both work and drinks.

They thought of everything!

We came to town for a wedding and had adult siblings as well as children with us. The split space with a shared outside area was perfect! I was impressed to find that every detail was covered- kitchen spices, ziplock bags, Tupperware, adult and children dishes, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, porta-crib, hair dryer, games... Laura was easy to communicate with and our stay was very smooth. We were pleasantly surprised to find gift cards to the local coffee shop and ice cream shops. We walked to get coffee and groceries on our first morning there - so fun that we were able to do that. The San Marco town center is very quaint! I would definitely rent here again!

Great Spot and Property

We came to Jacksonville for an extended weekend of golf and football. With 4 grown men, this property worked perfectly with its two units with shared spaces. We each had a room, and the ample living spaces accommodated us well. The pool table was a nice touch! The property is in excellent condition, well-furnished and well-appointed in the kitchens and bathrooms. The location is excellent, within walking distance of great bars and restaurants in San Marco making the experience even better. The host were super communicative and responsive. We will likely make this an annual trip and hope we are fortunate enough to secure this property again next year. Can't say enough good things about the property and the hosts. Five Star all the way around....
