We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home. From the moment we walked in, it felt incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. The Christmas music playing, the fairy lights throughout the house, and the fireplace app on the TV immediately set a cozy, festive tone that made us feel right at home.The little touches truly made the difference—such a lovely coffee and tea bar, welcome bottles of sparkling water, and every appliance you could possibly need. It was clear the host put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable and cared for. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

This was a lovely home in an excellent neighborhood. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and Cottontail was convenient to everything. Loved the coffee bar and the extra touches. Also, it was a very nice touch in that the host didn't expect us to strip beds or wash towels. Many thanks!! Would definitely stay here again!

Very lovely home

The owner of this house cares has gone above and beyond created a very nicely decorated home. They went out of their way with plenty of supplies and had all things accessible you would need when you're in a home.

Gorgeous home!! with more than ever expected!

So perfect with everything.! wonderful back porch private back yard., big living area everything so comfortable, two eating areas, the newest appliances, large kitchen fully supplied, even a coffee set up in hallway. Comfortable lounge chairs in entrance and wonderful bedrooms. Nice garage for your car. You will be excited and thankful too. Convenient to everything for us.

Spacious Home

To start, this home was so clean and well appointed when we arrived. The rooms are spacious and perfect for entertaining. The beds were very comfortable and enough bedrooms for multiple guests. We loved our stay and will be back for our next visit to Jacksonville!

Perfect location and great amenities

My family and I (parents, grandparents and grandchildren) stayed for a weekend event at Timuquana Country Club. Cottontail Manor is very close to the Club and, as it turns out, only a couple of houses away from our friends.The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and accomodating. I chose this house for the location and number of bedrooms. I hit the jack pot. It was more than I imagined. It was pretty, clean, well stocked and well appointed. Best Home Away From Home

What a special place! A wonderful gathering place for families–we loved all the special homey touches left by our Hosts–it was all very welcoming. Plus the location is easy to get to all the surrounding activities in Jacksonville; great to walk around the neighborhood and explore. Couldn't ask for anything else when traveling away from home. Jacksonville stay

House was immaculate..It was decorated with those small touches that make a house a home. Kitchen was incrediably well stocked, beds were comfortably soft and the bath amenities 1st rate. Owner responded quickly to questions and suggestions. Best I can say is wish we had 3 weeks instead of 3 days. Feel like I stayed with family..We'll certainly be back..
