The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. It was clean and spacious. There were comfortable areas to lounge and eat. The view of the Intracoastal was amazing! The linens were plentiful and the laundry was located in the very clean garage. It was a short ride to the Mayo and the beaches. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a very special house. It is spacious, and is furnished with quality furniture. The 3 bathrooms are fully updated and the kitchen has everything you need for daily cooking routines. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. At check-in the house was spotless and the abundant towels and the linens were good quality. The hosts are very responsive. There are nice positive framed messages through the house which shows that the hosts care about their guests experience. The view across the marsh of the intracoastal area is relaxing. The yard has a nice fire pit gathering area with lots of seating. We have rented this house twice and highly recommend it. St. Johns Town Center is a 15 minute drive with lots of great shopping and LOTS of dining options. The Mayo is 1 mile.

Amazing house with a beautiful view. Lots of place to sleep people. We spent Thanksgiving weekend in this house after my mother had surgery. The hosts were very gracious and quick to respond. You have a plethora of amenities. My favorite is the inside and outside fireplace.

Pleasant and very clean home in Jacksonville near Mayo Clinic

I was looking for a home that would be pleasant and peaceful. This home was spacious and very inviting with great indoor and outdoor space. Very conveniently located near Mayo Clinic,which was the reason we had to travel to Jacksonville.

Perfect Secluded but Close to Everything

This very clean, beautifully updated property boasts a unique floor plan with room for everyone. Hang in the common areas or get peace and quiet in the separated bedrooms. While the house is gorgeous, the backyard steals the show. The seclusion makes you think your miles away from the neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away. The hosts were friendly, attentive and very responsive. By far one of my favorites in the Jacksonville area. neighborhood is peaceful and tucked away.

We loved this house!

From the moment we walked into it we loved this house!! First, the spaciousness of the living area is striking, second the entire house is so well appointed and third, the cleanliness indicates that the property manager strives to make their guests worry free and ready to relax! The kitchen is well supplied with utensils, cups and glasses, as well as pots and pans. Two refrigerators provide more than enough cold and freezer storage. The ample supply of luxurious towels, accompanied by hotel quality bath soaps, shampoos and conditioners, made us feel like we were in a 5 star resort! The backyard abuts a beautiful marsh with ample backyard seating to enjoy a wonderful view of the marsh and intercoastal waterway with interesting boat traffic. Convientiently located less than a mile from Mayo clinic it was ideal for our stay while also a short ride to beach access and beachside restaurants. We most strongly recommend this property!!

Beautiful house, great view, close to Mayo clinic

We stayed here for a trip to Mayo Clinic, and we couldn't have asked for a better place! The house is spacious and beautiful. The view is s serene and it's right across the street from Mayo clinic. The host is respsove with communication, and has all sorts of little toches all over the house. Highly recommend staying here!
