Overall, the property was mostly clean, but it’s definitely showing the wear and tear you’d expect from a heavily used rental. Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the beds—especially the master. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, easily the worst I’ve experienced in any rental or hotel, and it made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. A simple upgrade or even a decent topper (which can be found affordably) would make a huge difference. The bed was also unusually tall; at 5'4", I needed a step stool just to get in.The space throughout the unit is tight, particularly the master bath, toilet area, and balcony. The cookware was also in poor condition—rusted and not really usable—so bring your own if you plan to cook. There were several maintenance issues as well: the sliding door lock was broken when we arrived, some remotes were missing or not working, and there was mildew in the master shower, likely due to the non-functioning fan. The second bedroom had no fan at all, so it got very warm; the only option was a large, loud floor fan that wasn’t practical for sleeping.Because the beds were so uncomfortable, we ended up leaving after the second night and cutting our stay short. With a few thoughtful updates, this place could be much more enjoyable, but as it stands, it didn’t meet our expectations. You win some, you lose some.
