Baignées de couleurs chaudes et baignées de soleil, décorées d’œuvres d’art originales et agr��mentées des technologies les plus récentes, les 2 chambres principales, les coins lecture et les espaces de vie de la villa sont empreints de personnalit�� et de classe.

Vues sur l'océan depuis un lit king-size

Dans la matinée, profitez de la vue sur l'océan depuis la chaleur de votre lit king-size moelleux. Pendant la journée, laissez vos orteils s'enfoncer dans les tapis de laine tiss��s à la main qui jalonnent la propriété et profitez de la cuisine équipée de comptoirs en granit et d'appareils en acier inoxydable.

En soirée, attardez-vous sur la vue sur l’océan depuis le pont du salon avant de vous installer dans le salon finement stylé pour une conversation sur les événements de la journée ou pour regarder votre film préf��ré sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat.

Les deux chambres principales ont des matelas �� mémoire de forme, des draps en coton égyptien, des oreillers en duvet et de grands tél����������viseurs intelligents �� écran plat. Deux matelas pneumatiques sont également disponibles - nous les trouvons plus confortables, plus faciles à gérer et plus polyvalents que les canapés-lits.

Profitez du temps dans le coin de lecture privé niché dans la chambre principale à l'étage, qui offre une vue imprenable sur le paysage et l'oc����an. Ne soyez pas surpris de vous retrouver à y passer des heures, livre et verre de vin à la main.

Les deux chambres principales ont des salles de bains communicantes. ���� l'étage, une double vasque, une baignoire surdimensionnée et une douche séparée offrent suffisamment de place pour se préparer pour une soirée en ville, et la salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée est dotée d'une combinaison baignoire / douche.

Étapes vers l'oc��an Atlantique sur la plage est de Kiawah

Situé à seulement 30 minutes du centre-ville historique de Charleston, sur la plage est de Kiawah, cet ��tablissement de vacances est idéalement situé. Sans surprise, la plage est une destination favorite - et à partir de là, elle se trouve littéralement à deux pas de l’océan Atlantique. Une glacière et des serviettes de plage sont disponibles dans le Mariah. Tout ce que vous avez à faire est de passer un bon moment!

Au-delà de la plage, mettez des chaussures de marche et jetez un œil aux magasins et restaurants à proximité. Plusieurs kilom��tres de pistes cyclables sillonnent également l���île; louer un vélo et se faire colporter!

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful beachfront condo. The welcomed deviled eggs started our stay. Bedding, my high ranking key, was wonderful. We didn't even need to your our own personal pillows we brought for the trip. Location is steps to the beach and views from the living and nook area are beautiful. Kitchen is outfitted with two choices of coffee makers. Parking is convenient as well. The only issue is when booking private properties instead of the resort hotels is you don't have access to the Night Heron's Park amenities other than the cafe diner. Not a big miss but important to know.

Overall, I’d call this one of the better VRBO options on Kiawah. Perfect location. Steps from the beach which is a MAJOR convenience advantage when packing all of your beach gear to and from. We would absolutely stay here again.

The space is beautiful, light, comforting, quiet. It is a little bit of a maze to get there and get everything up to the third floor, but once we settled in, we had a very lovely, relaxing, mindful, and peace-filled time.

Perfect spot on the beach!

This property has great views of the ocean and was just what we needed. We were close enough to the sand that we could walk on the beach in the mornings, come back for lunch and go out again to sit and watch the waves. The Ocean Course was gorgeous and we enjoyed visiting several on property restaurants as well as surrounding area restaurants, shopping and fresh seafood markets. We hope to visit again next summer!.

Wonderful place for our family of 4 ( grown children in their 20’s). Close to the beach. Nice views of the ocean from upper level master. Very comfortable beds. Host was very helpful pre and post stay. Provided helpful info through out. Check in and out process easy. Highly recommend!! Very clean as well.

Perfect!

The stay at this Kiawah villa was perfect. It’s a short walk to the beach with the boardwalk to the beach very close by. The week we were there it was low tide during the day, and the beach was SO wide. The villa was beautifully decorated, VERY clean (and I’m pretty picky about that) with beautiful views of the ocean, especially from the upstairs bedroom. Also, nice touch with flowers, and some lights and music on when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped and very organized. We would definitely stay here again!

Mariah was everything we hoped for. Its location was wonderful with a fabulous view of the beach and ocean. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furnished and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen, and it was obvious a great deal of thought had been put into its set up. The owners arrived to greet us soon after our arrival and responded very quickly to our one request for help. The resort's proximity to Charleston is an added bonus and we were also able to find and play golf on several nearby courses. We would have no hesitation to recommend this property to friends and family.

Beautiful, comfortable condo and can’t be beat location! The Lawsons were so easy to communicate with and the Mariah had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Beds were super comfy, too.

Warm and Cozy Villa!

This villa worked out great for our family of 4. Nicely decorated and had all the amenities needed for a weeks stay. Comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. I’m always happy to find some staple spices in the kitchen so I don’t need to run to the store. View of the ocean was wonderful and the villa is situated in a nice central location on the island. The owners are very easy to communicate with and we’re very helpful when answering questions about the property and are very familiar with the island itself. Would definitely stay again.

Great location although in a more crowded beach area on Kiawah. The condo was nice and well stocked

This condo had a nice view but only from upper bedroom. It was well appointed although the king beds were in rooms very tight for the space. The 1st floor room has poor lighting and the beds were too soft , but ok. I do not feel the property is a value at the price compared to other properties we have rented on Kiawah over the past 20 years. I prefer the less populated areas of the beach, hower this would be good for individuals who have access to the Night heron pool and play grounds.

About Property Managers/Owners, Shawn and Jeanette Lawson (Kiawah Island Getaways):

Shawn's family discovered Kiawah in 1978 and returned year after year for two-week vacations. In 1985 we drove our VW Bug convertible to Kiawah and Shawn introduced me to Kiawah. I remember stepping over the dune boardwalk out in front of the Kiawah Island Inn and seeing Kiawah's wide, sandy beach for the first time - it was so brilliant it practically danced before my eyes. It was during this vacation that the two of us decided to set our sights on moving to this beautiful and fascinating place permanently.

In 1988 our dreams came true and our U-Haul rattled across the Kiawah Island bridge (at that time it was nothing more than a wood-planked bridge). For the next four years we rented a 1-bedroom villa, 4251 Mariner's Watch. Shawn was so thrilled to be living on the island that he applied for the personalized South Carolina license plate 'KIAWAH' (which we still have today).

In 1992, we built our first home on the island at 134 Conifer Lane. During construction, I gave birth to our first son Benjamin - he arrived 2 months early in an ambulance outside of the Kiawah Island Fire Station.

In 2001, we purchased our first villa, a 1-bedroom, beachside Seascape and Kiawah Island Getaways was born. Once we got our feet wet with the villa rental business, it was a like a fever for us. We both really enjoyed furnishing, decorating and maintaining the villas - not to mention the new found fun of meeting and talking to all sorts of people about Kiawah. Because we really enjoy what we do, other Kiawah property owners noticed and we started managing their properties as well.

Our whole family loves Kiawah and running Kiawah Island Getaways is a true family-run business. We personally prepare each villa prior to your arrival - because we want your stay to be perfect. We want you to fall in love with Kiawah too...and we know you will.
