The condo was fabulous and found it just as described. The view is amazing from the 22nd floor. The condo was very clean and well furnished. It was easy to check in with the door digital cards and everything worked properly so no need for outreach to the management company during the stay. They were helpful when I asked a few specific questions in advance of our arrival. The amenities at the resort are nice and the pool area was very nice. I would return to the property and highly recommend it.

All was good however there was popcorn seeds in the daily room and hair. We didn’t have hot water in the kitchen the first few days but someone came by and fixed it.

I’ve escalated this to our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can correct the cleaning oversight and review the hot water situation to prevent it from happening again. The resort was exceptional. It was very clean very pretty very large and spacious. The staff and amenities were 10 out of 10. They were all very nice, we happen to arrive before a hurricane had been named and was on track for us as preparations began, the only communication from the host was regarding moving their furniture inside no information about what to do you in the event of a storm, or evacuations or a refund. Even after being on hold with Vrbo, they did not answer their phone calls either. They would provide information hours after I sent them screenshots of evacuation orders, the condo complex, closing, etc. they wouldn’t even acknowledge the building was closing and said that we should remain in place if we wished. Very, very poor communication from the host regarding the storm and what to do how to check out things like that as we were being evacuated Note: we did not rely on them for our actual safety measures, we also did not purchase insurance, although the insurance likely would not have kicked in due to the fact that the hurricane was a category one and last minute the storm shifted and did not make a direct impact at the condo, as was expected. At this point, I still have zero communication from the host about a refund.

Been going to orange beach for 20year and this Condo was by far in the top 3 for me! Everything was as pictured. Very spacious and clean! Will definitely be back!
