We enjoyed the Crater

We spent a nice week at Poipu Crater 24. The unit was well equipped. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrella to mention a few things. Very peaceful setting.

The kitchen was best equipped place we’ve ever had. The pool was wonderful but the path to access is very challenging, especially after some rain. There is a much longer paved path, tho. Lots of products in kitchen and bathroom for our use too,

You’re absolutely right: after rain, the shorter route can be more challenging. The location was amazing! The condo itself was in nice shape and the keyless entry was great. My biggest complaint was that the condo itself was smaller than I expected and the kitchen wasn’t very well laid out. I also didn’t realize there was an opening from the master bedroom that was right over the front door/kitchen area which created a lot of noise upstairs.

The interior opening you mentioned is part of the original architectural design and is visible in the listing photos, but we appreciate you noting how sound can carry between levels.
