We enjoyed our stay!

Check in was easy, and the house was clean and inviting just as the pictures show. The location is great as well, and the host was friendly, responded quickly, and easy to communicate with. My family enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

I’m 65 and this is only the 2nd time I’ve ever written a review, buttttttttt I have to say that the 4:00 check in and the EXTREME PRESSURE to be out by 10am was a bit much !Never will my wife and I stay there again! And whoever reads this review I’m not kidding about the check out , 4 emails and texts making sure !

Hi, I want to respond to this. We have automated messages scheduled to send at 3 pm the night before checkout. We have email and text message templates that go out. The messages will automatically go to any emails and phone numbers you have on file. I just checked all communications with you and it shows that 1 text message and 1 email were sent. We like to send those to remind you of the 2 check out procedures we ask. Which is simply to take your trash out and load the dishwasher. It lets you know we will handle everything else. It also reminds you to do a quick look over the property and make sure that you have all of your belongings. We have guests leave items daily. I've found that including this helps with the number of items left. I'm sorry that you felt our check-out messages were "too much." We do it to be helpful, but they don't warrant a response at all.

Everything was lovely. Only thing I have to say is this place sleeps up to 6 people. They only have an enough silverware for 3 people. The property was nice. We did not have shower curtains when we first arrived but reached out and they were installed the next day for us.

Great house, better location!

We enjoyed our stay. Property is newly built and beautifully decorated. We all loved the hot tub and used it every night. Appreciated the starter items in the bathrooms and kitchen. I would have liked to had coffee cups and some more baking pans. We always cook breakfast and have coffee at the house, and dine out for lunch & dinner. Location is great. Not up the side of a mountain, so everything is easily accessible. Would stay here again in the future.

2nd Smooth Experieince

This was my 2nd trip to Pigeon Forge in the last year and also using Magnolia for our rental. Everything went smoothly from booking the day prior to arriving, the instructions and they are always there if you need them. Meadow Mist is on a quiet block tucked away off the Parkway but only minutes to get out into the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. The house had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend using Magnolia for a enjoyable experience with the peace of mind that they are only a phone call or text away if you need them.

Beautiful Home with a Few Minor Adjustments Needed

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures—truly a lovely place to stay! The bed was very soft, though I personally prefer a firmer mattress. One thing to note is that there’s no closet available, so adding a space to hang clothes or larger TV stands with storage would be helpful, as the current ones are too small to hold clothing cubes. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need, though we didn’t cook during our stay. My daughters especially enjoyed the game table, which was a great addition. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few small improvements that could make it even better!

Christmas 2024

Property is as listed. Need to fix the electronic front door lock. Repeatedly required entry of code 5-6 times when we entered. Coffee cups and better coffeemaker would be great. Silverware set for 6 is incomplete. Everything else is great; mattresses, hot tub, dining table. My granddaughter lost her Christmas money in the bunk bed. I text the person to ask if they would look for it. Crickets…..
