Our group consisted of 6 adults who were participating in a ceramics workshop near Pawnee. This home was able to accommodate our group with enough beds and baths. The interiors of the home were updated and several in our group were very happy with the bathrooom/showers. We did not have issues with hot water. it was very nice to have a washer & dryer.There was sufficient parking for 5 vehicles. The host provided excellent communication during our stay.

Adrian was a great host! We were a big group of 7 women. He made sure we were ok and checked on us. The property was beautiful! Impeccable decor and the property was very accessible. The location was great to get to local restaurants and other attractions throughout the city. Adrian did a wonderful job overall! We were not disappointed.

Adrian was very responsive and we give friends had lots of lovely clean space to spread out in and enjoy. This is one of the most nicely kept houses in the neighborhood. Upgraded modern windows keep the street sound out very well and keep you snug inside. Kitchen and bathrooms are modernized, plenty of hot water and lots of clean fresh towels for all. Appreciated all the coffee supplies! If your crew is using the room with two beds up top of the house it is good for family as you need to walk through the bedroom below it for access. The bedrooms are all nice. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening, easy to operate. This was a really good stay near the sites in a trip to learn and experience all we could about Lincoln! Thank you Adrian.

Our host was wonderful! There was a huge snow storm coming in and they allowed us to check in early to avoid getting stuck in it. They also reached out to make sure we were ok and didn’t need anything during the storm and made the check out process so easy!

Our host Adrian was very responsive and accommodating. The house was perfect our family gathering of 27 people. Though not everyone stayed there was ample space for young and old to spread out and enjoy each other's company. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped with the needed conveniences and the kitchen was stocked with many utensils for a family meal preparation. Though there is limited driveway parking, the alley entrance allows for much more. All who stayed praised the coziness and comforts of the house. WAY better than trying to gather at a hotel. Thanks again Adrian!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully restored Victorian home. The thoughtful renovation truly shines—every detail was designed with guests in mind, from the well-appointed spaces to the quality furnishings and amenities. Our group of six had plenty of room to spread out comfortably during our Springfield event.The location is ideal: charming neighborhood setting with convenient access to everything the city has to offer. The host was attentive and responsive throughout our visit, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The home was immaculate, everything worked flawlessly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.We're already looking forward to our next trip to Springfield, and this rental will definitely be our first choice when we do.
