Tom, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re truly sorry to hear that the layout of the property didn’t meet your expectations during your group’s stay. We do want to gently clarify that prior to your arrival, we had direct communication about the layout and were clear in explaining that while all three apartments are part of the same historic home, moving between the first floor and the second/third floors does require going outside. However, the second and third floors are connected internally, so guests on those levels do not need to exit the building to move between them. Additionally, you had kindly asked us to extend the dining tables before arrival so your group could enjoy game nights together, and we were more than happy to accommodate that request. We were made aware early on that the separation between units was a disappointment to you, despite the earlier discussion. While we absolutely respect your right to share your experience, we were surprised by the 1-star rating, especially as you acknowledged the accommodations themselves are 5-star quality. We always welcome constructive feedback, and we take it seriously. Our goal is to be as transparent and helpful as possible before and during each guest’s stay.
