Relax with the whole family at this secluded condo. In a peaceful, secluded condominium complex you'll find yourself close to both Petoskey and Harbor Springs. For summer fun you are just minutes from Petoskey State Park. For snow adventurers you will find yourself 4.5 miles to both Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. In addition, a 35-minute drive to Boyne Mountain. The perfect location for both summer fun and winter adventures.
We recently finished the basement which offers a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Have some friendly competition with our Air Hockey Table!
4 bedrooms with 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. 3.5 bathrooms. 2 living rooms, a dining room, and a kitchen!

Hello there! My name is Kara and I currently live in Kalamazoo, Michigan. My brother, Kyle, and I along with our parents decided to start this journey with vacation rentals together as a family. We currently have one property in Harbor Springs, Michigan. As a family we have spent much time over the years in that area. We are really excited to share our home with you and hope that you, too, love it in Northern Michigan. We all love to travel and have done a lot of it; however, Harbor Springs is really such a beautiful place to be!
Kyle and I both work in the healthcare field. We love to travel and find it hard to afford to do a lot of traveling especially with our big families. We decided to start buying properties in areas that we like to travel to but rent them out when we are not staying there. This is our first one and we are so excited.

During my childhood my grandparents had a house on the Tunnel of Trees just north of Harbor Springs. We spent two weeks every summer up there visiting my grandparents but also swimming at the pool at the Birchwood Country Club, swimming at the public beach in Harbor Springs, and spending time on the private beach where my grandparents lived. We made sure to make it to Mackinac Island every summer for a day trip, went into Petoskey to the Gas Light district for shopping, and spend time sitting on the balcony overlooking Lake Michigan. Unfortunately, in my teenage years, my grandparents sold that property as they relocated to North Carolina. We went many years without going up there. Eventually, we all wanted to come up as a family and were looking into vacation rentals. We found a wonderful woman that we rented a condo from in this particular condo association. We loved it! Although it wasn't on the lake, it was close. We discovered Petoskey State Park and many other things to enjoy. We rented here several times before taking a break and travelling elsewhere. Our hearts kept thinking about Harbor Springs and we decided to buy a property there. We found out there was a condo for sale in our favorite condo association and that's where this all begins!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Although we are renting this for short term vacation rentals, we consider this our home. We do spend time here (I recently came up in the winter for the first time to take my kids skiing) with our individual families but also all of us. We partake in the experience just as you do, and we feel we have put our heart and souls into this place. In terms of comparing this to other condos in our association, our condo is more secluded than many other buildings which makes it more peaceful in my opinion.
