L'endroit parfait! assez de marcher près de tout, garer votre voiture et profitez-en! deux grandes plages protégées et une plage de surf. Amusant pour les enfants, mais paisible pour vous. Détendez-vous et profiter du charme de Ocean City, tout en profitant de la brise fraîche sous les auvents sur la balançoire porche, ou dans la cour arrière clôturée. La plage est juste un bloc et un 1/2 de suite! Nous avons le meilleur emplacement et la meilleure valeur sur l'île (une semaine seulement). Notre maison est à distance de marche de tout! À proximité des commerces de la promenade sans le bruit du centre-ville. marcher à la bibliothèque, de la communauté / Centre de fitness, marché boyards, CVS, la plage et les restaurants du centre-ville et des commerces. Notre animal et familial, espace commun est a une douche extérieure, meubles de jardin, table de pique-nique et barbecue au gaz. La quatrième chambre a un porche privé (avec des auvents et petite vue sur l'océan) parfait pour regarder les feux d'artifice citys. Notre maison est confortable, propre et attrayante, l'endroit parfait pour passer vos vacances et créer des souvenirs. Téléviseurs à écran plat et wifi ,. une place de parking. une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle et nous avons même plantons un petit jardin pour les tomates fraîches en jersey! Venez, profitez-en!

Our stay at Holly's home was wonderful! Close to the beach, as advertised. House was clean and well-appointed. Our host was friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcome. We hope to stay there again next summer!

Great classic shore house

Nothing but good things to say. Holly is a great host. The house is a classic old shore house but it’s very cozy and has everything you need, great location etc... was perfect for our large group and puppy for the week!

Great Stay

The house was conveniently located withing 1.25 blocks of the boardwalk and ocean. Easy stroll of about 5 blocks to the amusement rides. Holly was awesome and in constant communication with me. The house was fabulous, spacious and had many great everyday amenities you would want in a vacation home from the outdoor shower to the plentiful cabinets that were stocked with utensils, plates, cups, spices, even some paper goods to the washer and dryer to the two bathrooms with showers, the spacious porch with three rocking chairs and a full bench swing. It was perfect for our family and Holly was extremely accommodating.

Ocean City Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. Holly was a fantastic host who contacted me upon my booking to tell me about the home and also contacted me just prior to our coming to go over all the amenities she provides such as beach tags, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach wagons as well as a kitchen well stocked with spices and a grill in the cozy backyard area. We found the home very clean with comfortable beds and a wonderful well shaded front porch. The house is just half a block over and 2 blocks down from the boardwalk very close to where the shops and restaurants begin. We were very happy staying here.

Comfortable space, great location

Just a block and 1/2 from the boardwalk/beach and within walking distance to eateries and shops, this home is in an ideal place. It was the perfect size for our family of five with comfortable beds and seating. We were thrilled to be able to bring our pup, too. Enjoyed the front and back porches as well as the backyard. Holly is a great host (she lives in the downstairs apartment) and made us feel quite welcomed and comfortable. She provided beach tags, beach chairs, and a wagon. Looking forward to visiting again!

From the moment I made this reservation our host, Holly, made us feel welcome. She immediately reached out to answer all my questions and continued to do so through out our stay. I was hesitant to bring my small dogs down with us but her yard was perfect for them to go down, do their business, and return to the house. The front porch is gated so they could hang out with us there without any worry. There's an another small deck off the back bedroom that was perfect to sit on and enjoy my morning coffee away from the rest of the house. My kids loved having so much space and, of course, being able to bring our dogs!During our stay my sister had car issues. Holly was so helpful and accommodating-providing extremely helpful solutions.She takes great pride in her property and it shows. The house is cozy but spacious. I highly recommend this property for families. We are looking forward to staying again next summer!

Ocean City Memories

Highly recommended. Excellent location, plenty of comfy room for everyone, air conditioners in every room. Front porch swing got a lot of use as the cool breezes gently wafted over us. Owner more than friendly and helpful. Wifi a big plus. Fully stocked kitchen makes saving money by eating in expansive dining room a big saver. Reminder to bring your own linens for bedrooms. Make sure you rent bikes from Bob's (nice folks) and go over the 9th street bridge to Somers Point and the Boardwalk before Noon. Also, check out the shuffleboard courts right off the Boardwalk on the north end by the High School - they're free if you play outside. (hidden gem and fun)

Great house, irritating host

It's hard to know how to rate this property. The house itself is wonderful, a historic "old Ocean City" home. Great location, very clean and comfortable, beach tags provided, dog-friendly (hard to find!), well stocked kitchen, lovely shared patio area, deep front porch with classic awnings and rockers where we spent a lot of time. The only drawback is that the 2nd bathroom is literally in the kitchen and does not have a real door. The host was awful, though. During the summer, she lives in a cottage on the same property. She was very intrusive, checking in on us every day. On the last day, she sent the cleaner into the house an hour before the posted check-out time. We were still packing up and I got so flustered I left all of our beach towels in the dryer. She declined to send them back. So... Great house! Irritating host.

I go out of my way to make my guest feel at home, to call me awful is hurtful and people read these reviews and take that to heart. I accommodated your extra family at the last minute when they decided to come, broke my own house rules to accommodate you. If you would have contacted me about your towels I would have sent them back. my check out time is 10 am and has been for years and is posted everywhere. I hope you find a rental that fits your extended family and your expectations.

Everything we needed - perfect for kids!

We had a wonderful trip staying at this property. The beach and boardwalk were a block away. Everything we needed, from beach chairs and tags to all the amenities of the house, were perfect for my family (including 3 kids -5,10,12 - and our dog). Holly was very responsive to all texts and phone calls. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful trip! Prime location to the beach and boardwalk.

Well maintained and comfortable home with a well-equiped kitchen and everything you need for a trip to the beach: Umbrellas, a wagon, and four beach chairs. Nice patio out back to hang out and enjoy a cookout. Holly was a great host, always available to answer any questions we had. Thank you again, Holly. You were great!

Convenient and Relaxing

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and boardwalk! The porches and patio were wonderful and private! The fenced in yard was ideal for us to relax with our dog!

Great Beach vaca with Family and Pup

1 1//2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, fenced in yard for the dog to run and play when we got back home. Four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great for the family. Grill and picnic table in back yard. Home was comfy and clean. Owner in cottage on property , so available for any questions or issues. 4 beach badges, beach supplies, & outside heated shower a plus.

Perfect location, owner provides everything you need, great family vacation

We had a great time staying in Ocean City at this property. The owner met us when we arrived to show us around. She is polite, friendly, and I felt I could go to her if there were any issues. Holly made sure everything we needed was available to us. The house is stocked with everything you need including garbage bags, beach chairs, and even a wagon for the kids. All you need is to bring sheets, towels, and your clothes for the week. The house is in a great location just a block and a half from the beach. And it is close enough to th boardwalk without being right in the center of all the chaos. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in holly’s beautiful home and will definitely be returning!

amazing vacation

We love this house!! The location is perfect. The owners only concern was our happiness. Steps from the beach and boards, It is ocean city at its best! High ceilings, pocket doors, front porch swing and rockers, VERY charming! The owner could not of been nicer, she supplied beach tags and even let us bring our family pet. We could hear the surf from the back porch. The beach and boardwalk are only steps away we will definitely be back. We just haven't found a house like this before, comfortable, private, adorable and with modern amenities and a YARD!
