Incroyable maison en bord de plage au 2ème étage avec vue panoramique sur l'océan

Imaginez-vous en train de siroter votre premier café du matin tout en regardant un lever de soleil à couper le souffle sur le pont de cette magnifique propriété face à l'océan. Ce duplex de 4 chambres est parfait pour les grandes familles ou une escapade entre amis. Nous sommes idéalement situés à seulement 20 minutes d'Atlantic City pour une soirée amusante de jeux d'argent, de concerts, de gastronomie ou pour assister à un grand spectacle! À la fin de la journée, détendez-vous dans le jacuzzi de la suite principale avec une coupe de champagne fraîche. La vie va-t-elle mieux que ça?

Les deux salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées. Un nouveau foyer au gaz a été ajouté. et la propriété a une nouvelle cuisine aérée et ouverte. Décoré avec goût avec des nuances de jaune pâle et de bleu créant une atmosphère de plage confortable que vous êtes sûr d'apprécier!

Owner was super communicative and helpful with check in! It was a blizzard before we arrived and he made sure we could get in, shoveled, salted and even made sure the barricade and snow plows cleared our path. Everything we needed was there -!: the owner and wife were always available for anything we needed during the stay. The view was spectacular and the jacuzzi tub was amazing! Thank you again ! Will reach out again to rent!

Incredible stay on the beach

Beautiful ocean front home.

We loved our early October visit. The flat was easy to find, very clean and well appointed. The ocean view is beautiful from the deck. The bedrooms are comfortably sized and airy. The kitchen has plenty of room for people to move around and shares an open concept with the dining and living room. Communication with Bill and Mim was very easy with super quick replies to our questions from booking to checkout. We are planning to return next year.

Great View!

What an amazing place this was to stay for our family get together beach vacation. The place was clean, modern and had a great layout with plenty of room for 7 adults. The large deck area offered amazing views, where we enjoyed drinks, watching the sunrises, sunsets, and dolphins in the distance. Loved the convenience of walking out of the house and being right on to the beach for early morning walks and enjoying time on the clean beach. Location of this place was also a plus. Cute places to eat, it was a short distance to the boardwalk and we had an opportunity to catch a show in Atlantic City being it was only 20 mins away. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect get-a-way for family group!

We were so happy with the property!!! The view is AMAZING!!! We stayed here over President's Weekend--a pair of siblings, their mother, and the siblings' spouses. I could not have asked for a better setting to spend a peaceful and relaxing weekend enjoying family. The main living area is perfect for preparing meals and hanging out. My husband and our brother-in-law (the women in this family don't cook!) were impressed with the many kitchen tools! Everything we needed was there. I was the only one who woke up early each morning to watch the sunrise--and it's a place and time I'll be thinking of during any future stressful moments!! I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the comfortable couch, with the fireplace warming the room, and sipping my coffee as nature put on her finest shows. The communication with William was excellent.!!! He responded immediately to any question and was extremely accommodating. I look forward to visiting this gorgeous property again.

You can not beat this view!

Let's get this out of the way from the start: THIS condo has the best view from their back deck - period! Add the that the fact that communication with the owners is excellent and you have a good vacation experiance for Ocean City. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Don't forget to bring your own sheets and towels, like we did - lol! (Luckily, we had family in the area ;) We really liked the food at Uncle Bill's Pancake House, Yesterdays Tavern, and The Lobster House in Cape May - all were great! Two suggestions for the owners would be for them to add a bannister on the left side of the steps that would go all the way up the fifteen (rather steep) steps since the bannister on the right side stops at the last five steps or so. (Note if you have very young children: We tried to put up a pressure mount gate at the top of the steps and it will not work due to the structure) Secondly, it would have been nice to have one upholstered chair that was a bit firmer than the couch to sit on. Other than that - what an amazing front row seat to a gorgeous ocean, a beautifully decorated home, and just a perfect location. We plan to come back!

Definitely check this place out if you get a chance. We stayed for a long weekend and the hosts were very communicative, responding quickly and making sure we had everything that we needed. Location was awesome and right on the beach.

Lovely, airy beach-home without a lit of personal decor

We stay at a lot of places and one thing I hate is when owners over decorate their homes. It’s just too personal! This home does not have that. The decor is simple, easy and light. It really feels like a retreat. I’m already booking my return. Also, the owner was very helpful and answered my call right away when I needed help with the fireplace. He walked me through it and everything from then on out was perfect.

Everything about the property has been renovated since we purchased it. Each year we update the property. In the 2017 and 2018 we added new kitchen appliances, new flooring and furniture, including a smart TV

Sliding doors which are the full length of our eating and living areas provide a beautiful view. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day thru the end of September. the lifeguards abandon most other beaches on Labor day.
