It is a basement space with a property above it, but you will have your own private entrance and a designated parking space!

Some things to keep in mind!
>October - May can bring big snow storms in GMF! Please be aware that you may need 4WD/AWD to access the property. The weather can be very different from Colorado Springs, so please check the weather in Cascade-Chipita Park for the most accurate weather conditions. Snow removal is included!
>Our space does not have A/C, but at 7,800+ ft of elevation, you won't need it as it stays much cooler in the mountains and since this is a basement unit, it stays nice and cool in general. Experience the true serenity of nature with the windows open!
