Rural Estate

Located near the Monroe County fairgrounds & airport; this ranch-style estate is a fun getaway for the whole family. While at the estate, enjoy family time around the dining table or bar, or hang out in the great room with 10-in-1 game table and 65" TV, or relax on the wrap-around back deck. The garage is included in the rental. Shopping & Restaurants are a 10 minute drive; guests can get to IU campus, Memorial Stadium or the IU Health Hospital in 20 minutes, or Lake Monroe in 30 minutes!

This ranch-style house has 2 lounge areas: the living room and the great room both have TVs (subscriptions not provided). There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms; the 1st bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd has a king bed, and the 3rd has a twin bunk bed and a queen bed. The spacious 2nd bathroom is located off the great room with a soaker tub and separate standup shower. The large laundry room is accessible from the great room or 2nd bathroom.

The Kitchen is fully functional with a blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware available to use during your stay.

To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape-free environment.

There is space to park 4+ cars in the parking area.

Guests will have access to all the house, except for locked storage closet off of the laundry room.
