Maison du lac Wequaquet ... les pieds de l'eau

Unique en son genre Lake House situé à seulement 17 pieds du lac Wequaquet a été entièrement restauré à l'état neuf. Maison comprend tous les nouveaux appareils, nouvelle cuisine, nouvelles salles de bains, salon avec véranda grillagée et terrasse extérieure donnant sur le lac. La maison est TOUT NEUF et offre certaines des meilleures vues sur le lac en fonction de l'emplacement de la maison. Maison dispose de 3 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bains, salon avec télévision à écran large, Internet sans fil avec tous les nouveaux appareils qui incluent laveuse et sécheuse. Les rénovations de la maison ont été terminées en avril 2016 et la terrasse extérieure sera mise à jour en mai 2016 avec de nouvelles teintures, des meubles et un barbecue à gaz.

Fantastic Stay!

Brendan was very responsive and friendly. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the location on the lake was simply stunning.Hanging out on the deck and beach and kayaking were major perks.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time by the lake!

The Lake House is perfect! Beautifully updated home. Close to stores, restaurants and other activities. Having morning coffee sitting on the deck and watching the beautiful lake is my idea of heaven! We will definitely rent again.

Amazing place to stay on Cape Cod!

Cape Cod has always been our favorite vacation destination, and this house truly stands out! Beautifully renovated, it boasts stunning views of the lake and features a private beach complete with kayaks for endless fun. If you're in the mood for some ocean time, the beach is just two miles away. We wholeheartedly recommend this home for family getaways or trips with friends. The hosts are incredibly responsive, and the house itself was immaculate during our stay.

We just spent a relaxing week in this beautiful home, on Lake Wequaquet. As soon as you open the door to the house, the view is spectacular. The house is beautifully updated, didn’t need for anything! Lounging on the deck was just what we needed. So beautiful and relaxing. We had our small dog with us, he loved watching the ducks swim by!Brendan was great, we hope to rent again.

This home was beautiful and even better in person than in pictures. The view of the lake from inside and outside is amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kayaks were great to take out on the lake. The proximity to restaurants and Craigville beach was perfect. It was nice to have the option to enjoy the sun and lake on one of our days that would’ve been too windy at the beach. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely come back again!

A Perfect Spot!

This home was perfect for our famiy visit to cape cod. The home was beautifully updated and everything we needed from kitchen items to bbq were included. It is located on a quiet cul de sac and on the largest lake on the cape where our sons kayaked and fished every evening while we grilled and sat by a beautiful fire pit. There is also a private beachfront you can walk or kayak to although it was a very short drive to beautiful southshore Centerville beaches. We could not have found a better spot and the owners were very helpful and available for information. I would highly recommend this house and the Lake Wequaquet shoreline!

Fantastic Lake House on the perfect Lake

This is the most wonderful vacation house, right on Lake Wequaquet. It was updated and very comfortable for my son, his wife and 11month old baby, plus my daughter and her husband and my sister who lives in N. Falmouth. The shower inside and one outside were wonderful, plus a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the lake breezes kept everyone pretty cool. The view is just breath taking inside and out. Kitchen was great and the grill on the deck was used almost every night. Kayaks, lounge chairs with the beach just right off the huge deck made enjoying the lake so easy. Plus there is a screened porch which we all enjoyed every evening. I grew up coming to Lake Weaquaquet with my family every summer so this was just magical. I am hoping to come back every summer to this amazing Lake House....PERFECT VACATION!

The most wonderful rental I ever had.

the cottage had everything I needed and more! kayaks, private little beach, all the dinnerware and glassware to host many guest, the abundant and diverse cooking needs....the bed was super comfortable and loved the two bathrooms - small but filled with charm. the open floor plan allowed for much conversation and comfort. Did I mention the "ahhh" factor? You see it as soon as you walk in - the enormous windows to the lake, you see the lake first thing in the morning and it never loses the ahah factor. The screened in porch was a good reading space and the back deck expansive..I sit in the furniture while grilling on the grill and watching the soothing lake. The owners are so very attentive to the renter's needs and always keep in touch. I say...rent this as soon as you can- it is not a tropical paradise but who needs that with all the quaintness of New England, the views, the restaurants, the beaches and the social charm of all the villages. Magnificent!

Great Family Vacation

My family of 6 had the best week at the Lake Wequaquet House! We visited beautiful beaches each day and spent the evenings swimming/kayaking/enjoying the beautiful lake. The location could not be more perfect. The house was well stocked and very clean as everything inside is brand new. We loved it and are already planning to return next summer. Five stars - so lucky we found it!

We have been vacationing on Cape Cod and Lake Wequaquet for many of years and purchased on this Lake Front Home in the Fall of 2015. We have fully renovated this property as we plan to enjoy this beautiful property for many years to come.

This one of kind Lake House is 17 feet from the Lake with a huge outdoor porch and screened in porch overlooking the Lake with spectacular views. Lake house is also only a couple of miles to the beaches, downtown Hyannis and is a great vacation home for families to unwind and enjoy the water and the views.

Not too many houses can be this close to the water so if you like water, wildlife and spectacular waterfront views, this house is for you and your family. House fully renovated with the addition of central air, new french door to the outdoor porch and new appliances, this is a great opportunity for some summer fun with the family.
