Guest will check in with Front desk or with security guard after hours.

For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars .

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Resort will require a deposit for incidentals or damages at check-in. You can use a credit or debit card , the deposit is U$250 per apartment. This is a preauthorization, not charged and released at check-out if not needed. Credit cards usually are refund in 2-3 days, while debit cards can take longer. This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation .
Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.
WE DO NOT promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required.

1. Reservations made in promotional dates cannot be changed.

2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability.

3. Each date alteration has a $50 penalty (decrease in days).
