If you choose to have daily housekeeping, there is an additional $50 daily fee.
Please be informed that check-in time at the property is scheduled for 4:00 PM. Kindly note that while check-in commences at this time, room readiness may extend beyond 4:00 PM, possibly until after 5:00 PM.

In the event that housekeeping completes room preparation prior to 4:00 PM, early check-in may be accommodated without incurring an extra fee. Please be advised that the availability of early check-in is contingent upon the timely completion of room cleaning by our housekeeping staff.
The front desk requires a $100 refundable security deposit per night at check-in. This deposit is refunded after your stay at check-out, which is strictly at 11am.

Please be advised this location is near wet Republic pool and topgolf. It can get noisy from the music during day. Wet Republic closes at 6 PM.
Also, please be advised you have access to pools at MGM Grand and lazy river, if not all 3 tower pools at signature are open.

FYI: if you would like kitchen items and utensils, please contact front desk by dialing zero on the room phone and request them. Front desk will accommodate you!
