The Apartment

At Lowkl we strive to provide all of our guests with a clean, well designed, and useful apartment in a great location at an affordable price. We tailor make all of our units with your needs in mind. The apartment has a coastal designed and feel to it. As you enter the sundrenched living room, you will find a comfortable Sofa bed that can be used to watch TV, read a good book, or sleep additional guests if needed. We have a comfortable reading chair, and a work desk incase you need to work remotely. We provide high speed Wi-Fi and a large 50" HD television to watch your favourite streaming channels. There is a table for 4 to comfortable enjoy a meal.
The room is large and with plenty of natural light coming through the window. We have a King size comfortable bed to enjoy a great night sleep and plenty of closet and dresser space to keep your room tidy and luggage out of sight. There is a 42" inch roku TV in the room to enjoy a movie before going to bed.
Our kitchen is older and small in size, but don't let that fool you :) we stock it well so it easy to cook all sorts of meals. The bathroom has some art deco vibes to it has some aged to it, but it is kept very clean for a comfortable and useful stay.

The Complex

Our units are located in a 45 unit apartment complex. You will get to enjoy fellow traveler's like yourself as well as enjoying the company of true locals. The complex itself features luscious and spacious garden areas with an amazing tropical feel to it. You will have access to our communal pool filled with lounge chairs to get some of Florida's infamous sun and dining tables to enjoy snacks or a meal poolside. There is a large parking lot with 1 assigned parking per unit, as well as additional guests parking. The complex also features a large laundry room that can be used all day long.

Clean but just okay

The apartment is small but well appointed with everything we needed. However, the walls are paper thin and conversation and other noises were clearly heard.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone at all.

Our stay at Riverwatch certainly was not as advertised. We had several issues with your facility: When we arrived, the code that was given to open our door did not work. We were told someone would fix the code on the door, but that never happened. We had to use the key from the lockbox. - the smoking on the property was horrendous. Upon arrival, we were unable to enter or leave our apartment without walking through several people smoking right outside their apartment; we could not open our windows or the door to get fresh air without the smoke entering our apartment; this includes an individual on the first floor below us smoking a cigar, which was disgusting!! — On day 2, the garbage dumpster was overflowing, and people were putting their garbage on the ground around it until I sent a message to have it taken care of. My contract stated no pets were allowed, but there was a dog that was running around unleashed, belonging to the tenant below us. - the pots and pans were clean but were so severely chipped we were afraid to use them. - on our 14th, the US Marshalls arrived in full SWAT gear, with a warrant, for one of the tenants two doors down from us.Additionally, about three 3 days later, another tenant was arrested and taken away in handcuffs by the Sheriff.-we did not go to bed without putting a chair under the front door handle. This is not at all how this facility was represented, and it is quite honestly not safe to rent. I had also spoken with another tenant

Our neighborhood is laid back and tropical. You will feel the sea breeze coming in from the intercoastal located a block away. Walk to restaurants, parks, and all things Jensen Beach has to offer. We are located one mile away from Jensen BLVD and downtown.
