Experience a relaxing getaway in this charming and spacious townhome at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina, nestled in picturesque Sooke, BC. This elegant townhome features 3 private bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, plus an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. The gourmet kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals. The primary bedroom opens to a private balcony with breathtaking views of the marina and harbour.

This vacation home is professionally managed by True Key Vacations Ltd. There are staff onsite at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina between 9am and 5pm PST for any issues that may occur.

This home is located just minutes from downtown Sooke which offers grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, restaurants, cafe's and shops.

Also, this Resort has a 114-slip marina onsite which is home to many fishing charter companies plus whale watching tours. You can rent a bike or kayak from West Coast Outdoor Adventures which is also located at this beautiful Resort.

Take a drive to one of the many areas offering walking trails, hiking trails, beaches, mountain biking and more. You can't beat this area of Vancouver Island for outdoor activities!

Before arrival, you will be contacted by the True Key Vacations team to give you directions on accessing your suite. The doors will have a 4-digit code and you can park one vehicle in the car port out front. Extra parking is available for a fee of $10/day (plus applicable taxes) through the resort pay meter app.

ADDITIONAL SPACE:
-Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina has an meeting/board room on-site which is great for hosting catered (or homemade) meals for events for up to 12 people. Contact the True Key Vacations team if you'd like more information about renting this additional space.

We highly recommend bringing a vehicle. Although there is public transportation available between Sooke and Victoria, it is very limited, and the nearest grocery store is a 25 to 30-minute walk away.

Please note, long term stays will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $164+tax. We will send you a request for payment of this charge upon confirmation of your reservation.

Long term stays are GST applicable. This tax of 5% will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.

Deposit Required: A deposit of 50% for the reservation is due at the time of booking. The balance is due and payable 7-days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 7-days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay in order to confirm the reservation.

This vacation home is fully-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. All furnishings, kitchen appliances, utensils, dishware, glassware, cooking utensils and cookware are included. Bathroom amenities, linen and towels are also part of the package. This unit is wheelchair accessible and is pet friendly!

While recent regulations are impacting short-term rentals in many communities across the province, True Key’s rental program at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina is exempt from the legislation. Location stood out as did the hot tub but unfortunately the cleaning wasn’t complete with no body wash in one bathroom a used coffee filter with grinds was left in the machine directions for the use of the TV remotes were needed and there was dirt under the couch The suite was lovely and was the perfect size for the 4 of us but the cleaning should have been more thorough

Comfy home by the ocean

Location to Sooke town and Victoria was great.Resort is well managed and well maintained.Great spot on the harbor; Beach walks, seals, and fun for the kids.

sooke retreat

we were pleased with our rental. It met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. Quiet and friendly people. The location was perfect for visiting Victoria,Tofino and Port Renfrew. We felt safe in our rental and was a great spot for us as we are seniors.

Long weekend getaway

The good: The unit is nice. We enjoyed our stay in Sooke. It has a peek a boo view of the water and mountains from the main living area. Kitchen has very basic equipment. The critical: We had to purchase additional dishwasher pods-they only provide enough for one meal per day. No basic spices or oils so prepare to bring or buy everything for cooking. The floors in the unit were gross. It didn’t look like they’d been mopped before we got there. We couldn’t empty the garbage when it was full because it needed to be collected and the big bins were overflowing outside. There was a dirty washcloth in one of the bathrooms. We had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 5 people. There is an electric recliner but no cord to recline the chair and it sits at an awkward angle so really only two people could sit in living space at a time. The outdoor furniture was mildewed and the table hadn’t been wiped. It was beautiful outside but we couldn’t really sit out there. We paid a hefty cleaning fee but the unit didn’t feel like it’s genuinely being cleaned. There was space for two cars in the driveway but the rules state we had to pay for the additional car to be parked. Other units disregarded and had two cars but we paid the additional 60 to park. It felt like we had to keep paying more money after the upfront costs because of these things. Only mentioning these for others to be aware. Overall a good stay, after shock wore off of additional costs and unit’s general cleanliness.
