Relax and unwind at this, a sophisticated and unforgettable place to stay while visiting Bentonville. Walk out the door and you're steps away from the country's best mtn. biking trails. You'll also find fun shopping, delicious coffee and cocktails at local Bentonville restaurants while roaming through the best museums in the country. Park your car and enjoy everything we have to offer.

This open floor plan townhome is ideal for your entire crew to spread out and make yourselves at home! Our living room is surrounded with natural light, a large Smart TV with streaming capabilities, and plenty of cozy seating around a gas fireplace. The luxurious, full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make vacation-worthy dishes and enjoy your meal with your crew. The second-floor balcony is the perfect place to sip a cocktail, share a bite, and watch the sunset over Bentonville. A two-car garage is also available to securely store your bikes or cars.

The location of this townhome is ideal for anyone looking to explore Downtown Bentonville like a true local and is easily accessible by foot or bike.

We offer Smart TVs throughout the house with streaming capability; please log in with your personal streaming accounts, as cable and account access are not provided.

We stayed here with friends and my mom for UArk graduation weekend. House was beautiful and perfect for multiple families. Of course we had to bring bikes too and the space in the garage was so nice. There was plenty of parking and location near the square can’t be beat. Would definitely come back!!

The house was beautiful and immaculate. It was convenient to have a washer/dryer on site as well. We took advantage of the close walking distance to downtown Bentonville and took the trails to the Crystal Bridges Museum. We would definitely stay again!

This townhouse was very clean, it was well appointed, ease of getting in and out was great. The location cannot be beat. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful the master bedroom is the same. The other rooms were very nice as well. We had a wonderful time there and I cannot say enough about the location and the space itself. We hope to return next year at this time.

Our stay was top notch. This home is in the best location in Downtown Bentonville. It is truely walkable to everything. It is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is stunning and equipped with everything we could possibly need. I would love to return and stay here.
