Boasting a private dock with a covered seating area, a private yard with a fire pit, two cozy screened-in porches, and a cozy sleeping nook for the kids (as well as plenty of private bedrooms for the adults), this home is fully equipped for an unforgettable family trip!

★ABOUT THE HOME★

Before you settle in, claim your bedroom of choice, and sip your coffee on the covered dock, let’s get some of those up-front logistical questions answered:

✔ 6 bedrooms + more for 23 guests: This property sleeps up to 23 guests across 6 private bedrooms, one living room (home to 2 sofa beds), and one cozy sleeping nook (home to two twin beds).

✔ 7 bathrooms: With 7 full bathrooms available in the house, you’ll never have to fight over who’s been hogging the shower the longest.

✔ Parking for ~8 vehicles + boat trailers: The driveway and roundabout has room for at least 8 vehicles plus 1-2 boat trailers. Go ahead and tell Uncle Bill he can bring his new sports car to show off. You’ve got the space. (And if you’re worried about whether all of your vehicles will fit, just let us know how many you’re bringing–we’ll confirm)!

✔ Private boat dock: While you’re at it, bring your boat along, too! As a bonus, the dock has a covered seating area and a wet bar. You might even end up spending more time outside than inside. We wouldn’t blame you if you did.

✔ TWO full kitchens: Are you planning a mega-feast? Or do you need a secret test kitchen before you deploy your new pasta salad recipe to the fam? The reasons don’t matter to us. In this home, you can make use of two fully-equipped kitchens and two full dining tables at your leisure.

✔ Washer, dryer, + iron board: Get your beach clothes looking good as new for another day. The full washer and dryer can easily handle everyone’s laundry during your stay.

✔ Pets allowed: Bring your furrier members of the family along, too! We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay at this home, pending a $250 pet fee.

★BOATING WELCOME WITH PRIVATE BOAT DOCK★

That’s right: you’ve got a whole private dock all to yourself. But this isn’t just any dock. It also has a covered seating area AND a wet bar. Before you take the boat out, admire your pride and joy while you sip on an ice-cold drink. You’ve made it. You deserve it.



Some fine print: Please bring along rope to secure your boat to the dock, and remember to ALWAYS wear your life vests while you’re out on the water. You’ll also be asked to sign a liability waiver regarding the surrounding water and water toys.

★PETS★

We’ll be happy to host up to 2 dogs along with your family during your stay! Dogs can safely enjoy the backyard space with the tether, and are welcome to stay in the house with the rest of the fam.



We ask that you please keep dogs off of the home’s furniture, pick up after your dogs inside and outside, and keep dogs on leashes while they’re outside and untethered. Please also keep in mind the additional $250 pet fee when you book.



★FIVE DAYS OF HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS★

We know you need more than a half-full soap pump and one roll of toilet paper for your stay. All Grand Welcome Orange Beach rental homes come thoroughly stocked with a 5-day supply of dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, laundry detergent, hand soap, and all of those little things you shouldn’t have to think about while on vacation. Taking inventory of household essentials sounds like a chore for back home–get back to napping on the beach, knowing you’re fully stocked for your stay!



★COFFEE + TEA BARS IN EVERY HOME★

Speaking of “household essentials,” every Grand Welcome Orange Beach & Perdido Key vacation home comes with a fully-stocked coffee and tea bar with several flavors and varieties to choose from. Tea + honey? Check. Hot chocolate? Check. Medium roast, black? You got it. Decaf, precisely 1.83 tablespoons of creamer, ⅛ teaspoon of Splenda, stirred for 37 seconds, and topped with one ice cube? Go for it. Whatever your tastes, you can start the day off right with the perfect cup.



Guest Access:

This is a private home that’s all yours during your stay! You’ll also have a private driveway that can hold about 8 cars + two boat trailers. No additional payment for parking is required.



You’ll enter the property via a door code that’s unique to your group, which we’ll confirm with you before your trip starts.



Getting Around:

We recommend arriving to your vacation home by car or by boat and having a personal or rented vehicle present to help you get around the area. You’ll have plenty of space to store about 8 cars and 1-2 boat trailers in the driveway, and dock space for up to 3 boats out back!



More travelers can now reliably fly into the Orange Beach area! Allegiant Airlines offers nonstop flights from Fayetteville, Arkansas; Belleville, Illinois; and Knoxville, Cincinnati, Houston, and Kansas City right into Gulf Shores International Airport. Flights are also available into Pensacola International Airport (about 40 miles from Orange Beach) and Mobile Regional Airport (about 70 miles from Orange Beach) from other U.S. cities.
