Welcome to the Red Caboose, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin on the serene shores of Lake Granbury. This cozy retreat is designed with traveling workers in mind, offering a comfortable and functional space to unwind.

The living room features plush seating and a smart TV for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen includes all appliances you need to prepare your meals, and there is convenient seating at the breakfast bar. Enjoy your morning coffee with our drip coffee pot, complete with coffee, creamers, and sugars.

Both bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable queen-sized beds and linens to ensure a restful sleep. Each room has a closet for your convenience. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedroom shares access to a second full bathroom.

The cabin also features a full-sized washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during your stay. We provide a starter set of supplies, including trash bags and soaps, to make your arrival smooth.

Relax and take in the stunning lake views from the front porch, where you’ll find comfortable seating. In the backyard, enjoy cozy evenings around the wood-burning firepit or take advantage of the dock for peaceful moments by the water.

With high-speed WiFi throughout the home and AC/heat throughout, you’ll stay connected and comfortable no matter the season. We welcome one pet with a $125 fee and kindly ask that your furry friend stays off the furniture and beds to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the front porch and the outdoor space surrounding the home.

We are Granbury locals and happy to help with local recommendations as well as anything needed during your stay.

Security Deposit

For stays over 10 days, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit will be returned after checkout, contingent upon the care of the home (i.e., no damage or excessive dirtiness).

Monthly Cleaning Charge

For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning charge of $230 will apply.

For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.

Pet Fee

We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.

Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
