Located Mid-Way between the Granbury Square and the Glen Rose Square.(7 miles from either) you can enjoy peaceful living with friends or the whole family. Whether you are looking to explore Historic Granbury and its quaint shops or The Dinosaur Park in Glen Rose we are located conveniently between the two. Or you can choose to relax on the front or back covered porches and enjoy spectacular Sunrises and Sunsets. We have over 8 acres and a view of 300 acres with Grass, trees, cows and no homes.

It was so cozy, clean, and cute. Smelled clean. Extra throw blankets were clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the stay, even though it was short. Host was very friendly, and left us a sweet treat. Water in our showers stayed nice and hot, and the ac/heater worked. We were very comfortable. I recommend this property for a lovely stay, especially if you have kids that like to run around outside.

This property was perfect for our trip to be with family over Thanksgiving. The location is great for visiting both Granbury and Glen Rose. The property was clean and comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The large fenced yard was great for our dog. Communication with the property owner and check-in/check-out was great and super easy. Our group agreed we would like to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy, clean and updated. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Danny is a friendly host and gave us tips on what to do. Gransbury and the Dinosair Vally State Park are great places to visit.

Clean, well maintained, very spacious and family friendly.

We loved the enclosed yard and ourdoor amenities. House was clean, well stocked and more spacious than expected. Overall a great experience!

Great place to stay

Loved our stay here! I told my husband I want to stay here every time we visit GR, which is often. I like how it’s equidistant to Glen Rose and Granbury to get the best of both towns. It’s only a 13 min drive to GR so not that bad at all; we made several trips back to the house to let the dogs out, grocery shopping, etc. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, and they really had everything we needed. I love that there is a washer and dryer for when you want to wash something in a pinch (like if you spilled coffee all over your shirt and pants like I did :)) The front porch os a great place to watch the sun set! The owner was super helpful and answered all of our questions. And the cherry on top? It’s dog friendly! There is a fenced in yard for your pup to run around in. We look forward to staying here again!

Work stay

Me and two co workers stayed for 37 days. The owner is kind, respectful and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our extended stay. Can’t go wrong here.

Awesome Stay

This is a great place to stay. Fence in yard for our dogs. The property owners/manager are very accommodating and super nice people. We plan on staying here evey time we are in this area.

Just what we needed for a quick stay. We were unfamiliar with the area but the property felt homey and it was only 10 minutes away from the wedding we were attending. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating and added valentines decor to the home, which was a nice touch!The hosts stay right next door and they have a couple of dogs that come up to the shared fence. Didn't affect us but a little heads up for anyone bringing a pet.Thanks for a great stay!

Very convenient location. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Such a nice place to relax and easy access to the surrounding area. A real country feel. And great air conditioning for this Texas weather!

We are from the city and a few years ago sold it all and moved to the country. I love working on my property, making things and raising bees.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We have 8 1/2 acres of land on our property and across the street there is a 300 acre ranch. No homes, just grass, trees and sometimes cows. It is peaceful and makes for perfect sunsets!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A great family location. We are secluded enough to feel country living while we are close enough to Granbury and Glen Rose to enjoy both cities. Granbury has shopping, a historic setting, and a beach on the lake. Glen Rose has Rock Park, Dinosaur Valley, Dinosaur Park, and Fossil Rim Wildlife Center. All within 20 minutes of our home. We also raise bees!
