What a lovely place so close to the waterfront and Grand Haven attractions. The owners were super friendly! Since they didn’t have anyone scheduled for the next day, they let us check out later than the normal check-out time, which was very generous and made our last day there much more leisurely and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again if we could.

Our daughter and her new husband spent their first night as a married couple here. The hosts were so kind-they left a bottle of Prosecco for them, which was a thoughtful touch. Check in and communication was swift. We would definitely book this rental again!

Allan & Christine’s studio unit in Grand Haven was precisely as advertised; meticulously refurbished, well styled, and only a short walk to one of the best beaches in the midwest. Their communication was timely/responsive and they went above & beyond to make you feel at home. The amenities offered added an additional touch to make for a wonderful stay; would certainly stay with them again in the future. Thanks much!

This was a great little place to stay. Perfect for 2 people. Everything was clean, good communication, and you're right across from the beach!! We had a great time. The only thing you would want to be aware of is that this space is below the main living area of a house. People do live in the house and you can hear them at all hours.

Beach get away for 2!

It’s the perfect little spot for a couples retreat, one block from the beach. It’s clean and updated and the owners are very responsive, my gf and I had a blast in Grand Haven and this little place made it perfect. Highly recommend!

Fantastic beachside studio just off the main road in Grand Haven. Clean, organized, and ready with everything we needed to spend a vacation week with our two young girls. Allan and Christine even provided some beach toys for our daughters. Absolutely would stay at this property (or any others managed by the hosts) again. Thank you again for a wonderful week!

Cute lil studio for one person. I can’t imagine 2 or more staying in the small space. Couch is pretty dirty & not comfy at all. I would likely not book again due to no outdoor seating area. Extremely important to me so I was highly disappointed. My fault for not catching. No outside lighting when you come home in the evening either. Had to use flashlight to see. Consistency in checkout time needs corrected. Binder in suite said 10:00 a.m. checkout & VRBO website said 11:00.

Amazing Location!

What a great cute cozy property! Very clean and enjoyed my stay! Owners were quick to respond and very welcoming. Walking distance to the beach, to the boardwalk with bikes available to take a ride to the downtown! The washer/dryer was an amazing addition! Would definitely stay here again! :)

The property was just beautiful; clean, fresh, and the location was just perfect! Property within walking distance to town and every place that was available to see and be at. Grand haven is a wonderful, clean town situated on a piece of paradise! Our hosts went over and above with all the information provided us and were a phone call away. They left us bikes, beach chairs and towels. Everything we could possibly need!We would stay there again, no question

There were good points and bad points. Location was close to beach and down town. The owner needs to have full disclosure and tell all potential renters that the unit is in the BASEMENT! Your view is a mound of dirt and grass. You enter the unit by going through the garage. The unit was very clean which was a plus. On our last night we were looking forward to relaxing with a movie. However, the wifi did not work! Had to go outside to make a phone call. Overall, I would not rent this unit in the future.
