Convenient and quiet neighborhood. Very clean house with all the amenities we needed for a quick weekend at the Air Force football game. Lots of space. Would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed a memorable vacation with our three adult children and their spouses along with 3 grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and the pool table was a hit for the grandchildren! Very convenient location to everything we wanted to do.

The size of this house was perfect for our large multigenerational family. This house is 3 stories and provides room to play and room for sleeping babies. Stairs are required to get to all bedrooms. The value is excellent! Kitchen is nice and is not pictured. It has a large island perfect for serving your large group. Location is convenient to everything in Colorado Springs.

Colorado Springs stop over.

Overall the stay was good. One of the upstairs bedrooms had 1 working outlet, no ceiling light. Another upstairs bedroom had no ceiling light, 1 place to plug in charger, broken closet door. We could not get the tv to work. Kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils.

Great Stay in Colorado Springs

My family and I had a great stay in this house. We all had plenty of room, we could all hang out together but yet had 5 bedrooms and two separate living rooms so we could have some separation as well. The house came with plenty of amenities to use while staying there. It was in a safe quiet subdivision with easy access to coffee shops and a grocery store right across the street. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to see while staying in Colorado Springs. Having access to a full garage was great to park in. The property manager was very accommodating and very responsive to all messages. The only thing I did miss when booking this house was the placement of bedrooms, all bedrooms were either downstairs or upstairs, there are no bedrooms on the main floor, but still an awesome stay and we definitely would book this same house again in the future for our next visit to Colorado Springs.

It was clean and a good layout. The furniture was nice. Easy check in. Nice to have extra pillows and towels. Air conditioner worked well. However, we had some issues with the downstairs toilet not being secured to the floor, the downstairs shower has a soft floor, many of the lights didn't work in the house, the one upper bedroom most sockets didn't work, should have had blackout curtains in the bedrooms especially in the master to block out the traffic noise and the handle in the master shower wasn't secured so water leaked out of the shower. There was not nearly enough toilet paper in the home. We ran out on day 3. Overall it was an adequate place to stay for a short time and gave us the spaces and facilities we needed.
