La propre maison du concepteur comprend une belle douche en pierre extérieure avec Waterworks Rainhead, une table à manger en plein air au milieu des hortensias et un solarium complète parfaitement ce chalet Hampton unique.

Marchez jusqu'à l'Overlook pour une vue imprenable sur Shelter Island d'un côté et Montauk de l'autre côté de la remarquable baie de Napeague.

PERFECT COTTAGE BY THE BAY

I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation at this adorable cottage within walking distance from an amazing bay beach in BARNES LANDING! The house and grounds look just like the photos and description. The gardens were amazing! Everything was so well maintained. Owner was great. I would definitely stay there again! A perfect Hamptons getaway!

My husband and I were looking for a quick vacation from the city. This home had everything we were looking for! House is very clean and well maintained. Pretty furnishings and beautiful pool. Will be back again! Owner was easy to work with.

Beautiful Beach House!

My family and I had a relaxing week in this very clean and bright beach house. The backyard was peaceful with the only sounds coming from birds. We loved walking to the overlook in the morning with our coffee and then strolling to the beach later in the day. Even prettier than the pictures. Liza was just super! She had great local recommendations that improved our Hampton experience. House is close to all, suited our needs perfectly and will definitely be back again this summer.

Great Location and Overall Amazing

The house is beautifully designed and surrounded by nature, with easy access to the beach. The overlook to the water is only a few houses down and the bay beach is down the block. Would move in, if I could have! Very comfortable and immaculately clean. We had a great time and did not want to leave but will definitely be back. Liza was very nice and helpful with giving us recs on where to explore. Overall, our stay exceeded my expectations!

Bucolic Setting!

This home has sophisticated furnishings with elevated taste and style! While a close walk to the beach, the setting was bucolic and an exclusive retreat from the Hampton crowds. It was very relaxing to sit in the backyard, enjoying the Spring flowers and birds chirping. Thank you so much Liza!

Delightful & Well-Kept Property!

This home exceeded my expectations! The pool is so charming and surrounded by stunning hydrangea's. My family and I stayed for a week, (which was not long enough) and loved everything this house had to offer!

Welcoming and Happy Home

I booked this stay very last minute after another owner canceled on me and Liza was very accommodating and it really made my day! This home is extremely clean and I loved the art and decor! Minutes from the beach and town, the Beach House offers the best of everything in the area. It was very easy to work remotely in this house. My three friends and I all had many pretty spaces to choose from to work in. The internet was good as well! I wish we stayed longer. Liza’s house is in high demand! I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Liza!

Dreamy Hamptons Beach House!

This home is perfectly relaxing. My husband two children and I enjoyed all the wonderful things this property had to offer. We went from enjoying the beautiful bay beach, to the pool, and my kids loved playing in the backyard. The property is well maintained and some magical spring flowers were in bloom when we stayed! I appreciated how clean and orderly the house was. Looking forward to returning in July.

Special Home With Great Energy

All the Amenities You Could Imagine

Do not look any further. If you want a perfect Hamptons experience as it is meant to be, this home is perfectly located from the most beautiful bay beach and a quick drive to the ocean beach. All the amenities you can imagine. Coming back from the beach and taking a dip in the pool was a highlight. Flatscreen TV’s, blissful outdoor shower. Will be back!

Favorite Hampton Vacation

Liza made my Mom's getaway long weekend super easy. The hydrangeas are spectacular this summer. Last summer I came with my husband and two kids and the property is always well maintained. Close to Sag Harbor, Montauk and the best of the Hamptons including the Wineries. Love, Love, Love, will be back again!

Simply Lovely

I had the most Relaxing Hampton Vacation Ever with my family of five in this Super Chic & Comfortable Beach House by the Bay. Everything was Perfect & Ready for our arrival. The house was a super close walk, just down the street, to the private Barnes landing Beach.The Overlook Deck is even closer & has a Spectacular View of the Bay. We can't say enough about this Special Property & how much we loved it! Liza had great local suggestions and was a delight throughout the rental process. We will definitely be back again for another relaxing vacation in this lovely home. Thanks Liza for everything!

Pictures deceiving

I chose this house mainly bc of the many positive reviews. I am fairly confident that many of them are not authentic upon further inspection. The pictures are not reflective of the house and the beach is a short drive away. The overlook to the water is good to stand and look at water but the beach you can actually sit on is a short drive away. You can get much better value elsewhere and I’d never recommend.

Blissful and Relaxing!

There is truly nothing like July in the Hamptons. This house was the perfect slice of paradise. My family enjoyed rinsing off from the beach in the beautiful outdoor shower while the birds were singing. Another highlight of our trip was an amazing firework display in Sag Harbor. Liza gave us great recommendations of other special places in the area. Lovely trip!

Hidden Beach GEM

Liza was able to accommodate me last minute for this perfect beach getaway. Last summer I stayed in her other home in East Hampton but unfortunately I was too late this year and it was booked. This beach gem is even nicer than the pictures show. The beds were comfy and the house is nicely decorated. Walking to the private beach was a true highlight and something that really sets this home apart. Shopping, yoga, train, and ocean beach are just a few minutes by car from the house. As always Liza is a pleasure to rent from!

Quintessential Hamptons Beach House!

When I arrived with my mom and two sisters we knew we were going to have a fabulous time. The house was spotless and had beautiful furnishings. We especially appreciated how close the beach is to the house. The backyard is very private and peaceful... perfect to curl up with my summer reading! After a relaxing day of enjoying the pool and beach it was really nice to check out one of Liza's many local restaurant suggestions. Hard to leave...Can't wait to treat myself to all this Hampton property offers again soon.

Memorial Day Dream Designed to Perfection!

I rented this house for Memorial Day Weekend. We were amazed by the great design of the house. The place was chic, spacious, and super clean. Easy check-in and out. Very close to all the good restaurants. Easy way to bike to the beach from the house. One of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this unique beach house.

Superb, Spotless, Success!

As a first time renter, I was a little hesitant but Liza answered all my questions. The experience was great from start to finish. The house is so beautiful and extremely clean. Picture Perfect House And Garden: Life Is Good!

Perfect Hampton vacation spot. My wife and I loved walking to the private beach which is such a plus when you don't feel like driving. We both agreed that the gardens should be featured in Hampton Cottages and Gardens. The owner thought of everything to make the house comfortable for guests. Definitely will be back!

The House That Truly Pampers You!

I work really hard and coming to this house was exactly what I needed. Close to everything but in a very quiet neighborhood. Liza gave me an excellent recommendation for a Spa. I loved taking my morning tea and walking to the overlook deck. This house is the perfect house if you want to feel pampered!
