Together, you can comfortably sleep 59 people while having private access to multiple boat docks, multiple swimming pools and easy access between the properties with gate access at both the dock and pool level. All Together, the properties boast 18 bedrooms, all with king beds, 18 bathrooms, and three bunk areas.

Your group will be able to relax poolside in the infinity edge pools and hot tubs (pool can be heated for additional fee) while enjoying amazing views. You can also head down to the boat docks and relax in the kid friendly depths of water that start as shallow as 2 feet and work up to 6 feet at the slides.

Don't waste your precious time driving back and forth from other properties located 15 minutes from town, Waterhouse at Lake LBJ Retreat is located on the Llano Arm of Lake LBJ and is in a prime location on the 6,500+ acre constant level lake with quick access to all that Kingsland has to offer. You can walk, boat, or paddleboard to Boat Town, have quick access to HEB, and are a quick boat ride to the sandbar, boat ramp and Wakepoint.

PRICING: Note that pricing reflected is for only two houses. All three houses will rent at a higher rate than  what is shown in the advertised pricing. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund for all cancellations made 60 days or more in advance. Any cancellation after that is non-refundable. In the event a cancellation is made less than 60 days in advance, we will do our best to book you at a later date using your funds as a credit. Dates are subject to availability.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Waterhouse Rentals requires a $4,000 hold to be placed on the renters card 1 day prior to check-in. This is not a charge, but a pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will automatically be reversed after check-out unless an amount is needed from that to cover damages. Any charges for damages will be communicated clearly with the renter prior to being assessed.
