Brand New, Four Bedroom Builders Home with rooftop deck views of the Ocean, the Sound, the Lighthouse and the expansive marshes of Ocracoke Island. Large Decks for viewing, relaxing, dining and stargazing. House was built by Ocracoke’s most popular builder, was owner-occupied for a short time and is now selectively rented through VRBO. Reverse floor plan with large open living area on the top floor. High end kitchen appliances, gas stove, and an excellently stocked kitchen. Whole house wireless internet and all smart TVs with Youtube TV included...Large TV in living room, with other TVs in the master bedroom and upstairs bedroom. House also provides beach chairs, umbrellas, sheets and towels, extra outdoor fridge, grill, porch hammock, outdoor shower with hot water and a spacious flat fully fenced backyard for your furry friends. Concrete driveway, walk-in rainhead showers, soaking bath tub, porch screens, sky lights and in house telescope all make this home very desirable. Property is being conservatively and selectively rented for eight people max, no smoking. Three day minimum. Keypad combination provided upon reservation.

We had an excellent stay at See You Soon! The home was comfortable, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect for exploring Ocracoke, and it felt like the ideal getaway spot. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to come back!

Splendid!

What an amazing place. Practically brand new. High-end appliances. Close to everything but still secluded, it is Ocracoke after all. Communication with a manager was prompt and very professional. We had an absolutely glorious time.

Awesome house!

Sea You Soon is a marvelous place to stay. We come to Ocracoke twice a year and have stayed all over the island, but this was one of our favorite places so far. It's a perfect house for family and friends and is centrally located to all of the shops and restaurants. Very clean and modern, pet friendly with a nice fenced in yard. Would love to stay here again soon.

Mixed feelings

House is great and so is the location. House furniture and fixtures are not of quality/durability (are not wearing well). This house has been rented through rental agencies and it shows in wear/tear and is likely better suited to that market rather than VRBO. Host is still learning the ropes of VRBO and continues to try and bill be a pet fee after our stay even though we selected pets and paid in full at booking. I tried being helpful with several details but there is a general lack of interest/responsiveness from the host. The host’s husband was pleasant and helpful when the showerhead fell off. He quickly replaced it.

Beautiful, modern, and clean!

This is a high-end modern property, and practically new (maybe 1-2 years old) with nice furniture, decks, and appliances. The house was very clean on our arrival. The living room TV is set up with a YouTubeTV account already logged in, making it very easy to catch sports and shows. The bathrooms and bedrooms are roomy and nice. Our only tip is to bring your own paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent; none of those were provided. Thanks to Gloria the host for providing such a nice house!
