This cozy apartment is just a 5 minute drive to the Mountain spring fed Tellico Lake, beach, pavilion and wellness center. You'll be surrounded by the natural beauty of the region. Unwind in the cozy living room, read, watch tv or eat at the dining table for four utilizing the kitchenette. I offer paper & plastic utensils, plates and napkins & additional supplies, oversized mini-refrigerator/freezer, microwave, water cooler, toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of pods and all the fixings. Bathroom amenities include towels, shampoos, conditioner, soaps and a hair dryer. Stay connected with the free WiFi and smart TV. Soak up the sun on the provided 2 beach loungers and beach towels or relax with a book on the outdoor furniture and private patio with cafe lights. Maybe you're seeking a peaceful retreat, an adventure at the lake or exploring the social culture of the village and purchasing a home, this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable, non-cooking stay (so many public restaurants in the Village or to get take-out). This is a non-smoking home. Flat driveway parking is available. The walkway is automatically lit in the evening with a handrail.
