This beautiful Bahamas Tropical Villa offers 4-bedrooms, 5.5-bathroom expansive property over 3100+ sq feet with a beautiful sandy beach directly across the street (15 second walk), a large private in-ground pool with outdoor dining and gazebo, patio, sun beds, lounge area, fire pit, large chef kitchen and beautiful master with patio overlooking the ocean.

A short walk to Goodmans Bay sandy beach with kids playground and a 15 min walk to BahaMar resort, casino, waterpark and 20+ food/drink establishments.

Our property is a step above offering a full kitchen stocked with everything needed for large group dining, small appliances including ice machine, air fryer, juicer, drip coffee machine, toaster, panini press and more! Beach & pool towels, beach chairs, life jackets, JBL boombox and so much more.

This is a great vacation rental. The house was as advertised. Lots of space indoor and outside. Well appointed kitchen. Courteous and responsive host. The location was excellent with a short drive to many of the key attractions on the island. All around great spot.

Great facility our family of 9 was able to spend time together in an updated home with many extra features. The host was very helpful and the home had many extras that made it feel like home. The grounds are well kept and the gardener was super. We would definitely recommend this home and hope we get to return soon.

The host, was extremely responsive and flexible. The home was beautiful. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. The beds were the best part! Located right across from the beach, and a 15 minute walk to two larger beaches.Used Maliek as our driver and he did not disappoint!

Great host and was always quick to answer any questions. House was perfect for our family of 9. This location is perfect. Close to Bahamar and the beaches. We went to Goodmans beach which is a 15 min walk and rented umbrellas and chairs. Stefanos also recommend a private chef who did an outstanding job.

I would recommend this rental to anyone I know travelling to the the Bahamas! The house was gorgeous, very spacious and comfortable. Great rooms, nice furniture, lots of bathrooms, great outdoor area and pool! The view was spectacular, the little beach across the street was super convenient and the water was very shallow so perfect for families with kids. Location was also super convenient

Family getaway

The property was very clean and spacious. Perfect house for two families wanting to spend time together. The pool is not heated so keep in mind if you travel in the cooler times of the year. You need to rent a car if you stay here, but location is close to most attractions so they are a short drive.

I came to celebrate my 30th birthday and this was the best stay I’ve had on any vacation! The location is stunning and I was even more impressed with how thoughtful the host was in preparing the property. The attention to detail was noticed. From the extra cozy pillows, card games, portable speaker, to the fully stocked kitchen this place was geared to entertain. Finally, the host was extremely responsive. I don’t think I’ve ever waited beyond 5 minutes for a response. I highly recommend 10/10.

Great House in Nassau

We had a wonderful time during our family vacation in Nassau. The house is exactly as photographed. We enjoyed the pool and the beach was directly across the street. It's a very easy walk to Cable beach if that's what you're interested in, otherwise there is a nice little spot across the street where you can relax. Stefanos was an excellent host. He was very communicative and helped us during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful property close by everything!

After searching for properties for my family to stay during our summer trip Bahamas, I found this lovely property that met the needs of our group. Clean, perfectly decorated and conveniently located close by to all the fun places to visit in Nassau. There was more than enough room for us at all, the view was amazing and the host provided us with fantastic recommendations on what to do during our stay. Oh and the beach is right across the road! Highly recommend this property when visiting the Bahamas with a group! I would definitely stay again!

This home was spacious, clean and had everything needed. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was stocked with plenty pots and dishes to use. The only thing I would say is that the shower water fell a bit slow, not sure if its the type of water system, but it didn't prohibit you from taking a proper shower. Beach was right across the street and you can bathe. The pool was nice and warm. we enjoyed every moment we was at the house. Stefantos, the owner, was responsive to all my messages. A definite gem and a home away from home.

Long weekend in paradise!

The villa provided our group with a perfect home base for our long weekend in Nassau. The listing pictures accurately represents the villa, which is beautiful. The booking and check-in procedures were straightforward and the owner responded quickly to questions and recommendation requests. The villa was clean and the amenities were all in good working condition. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The private pool and outdoor dining areas were great places to start and end our days. The location across the road from the beach was perfect for us. I would certainly return to this villa next time I'm in Nassau.

Great home in Paradise

You will not regret booking this home with its spacious and bright rooms and ensuite bedrooms. The ocean views are great. Relax by the private pool or just cross the street to what appears to be your private beach (we often were the only ones there). Conveniently located a short taxi ride away from downtown Nassau. Be prepared to take taxis everywhere (but well worth it for the location). Stephanos was very helpful with suggestions and very responsive when we had a few minor issues at the home which he quickly resolved. We would book this one again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic family trip!

We recently stayed at this property for 10 nights in April. There were 5 adults and 2 children. It looks just like the pictures. The house was beautiful, spacious and well furnished. Comfortable furniture and plenty of seating indoors and out. The pool was crystal clear and we were in it every day. Having the beach across the street was a bonus, especially with children. The overall location was just right for going in either direction, even driving on the left!, whether going to Atlantis, downtown Nassau or Baha Mar. The property felt very private, safe and secure. Stephanos was prompt and helpful in his replies to any questions we had. John, the property caretaker was friendly, helpful and very unobtrusive. We would recommend this property.

Spacious, Clean, and Gorgeous Waterfront Getaway

Our group of 10 had an absolutely wonderful stay at this large waterfront home in the Bahamas. The house was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves without ever feeling cramped. It was also spotless, which made it feel even more welcoming and comfortable.The host was fantastic—extremely communicative and attentive. When one of the TVs wasn’t working, he replaced it immediately, which we really appreciated. His dedication to ensuring we had the best experience truly stood out.The views from the property were stunning, making every moment feel like a dream vacation. Whether we were lounging indoors or enjoying the outdoor space, the serene waterfront setting was unforgettable.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to return in the future. Great place for family and kids!! The small beach area right across the street was awesome! Was able to have beach time without all of the crowds etc. Pool with the outdoor shower/bath was very useful.The host was very responsive (and I asked a lot of questions) and made sure all of concerns and/or issues were addressed immediately.Only thing I wish we had was an umbrella for the beach :0)Had a great time and would book again for sure!!
