Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 1-bath converted home, perfectly situated in the heart of San Antonio. Enjoy being close to everything, from top attractions to local dining and shopping.

This thoughtfully designed home offers a relaxing recliner seating area in the living room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, is equipped with a TV, ensuring entertainment for everyone.

The kitchen boasts upgraded appliances, including an island that makes meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're a gourmet chef or just whipping up quick meals, you'll find everything you need, including an air fryer for healthier cooking options.

Perfect for a few people. Didn't utilize many amenities, but there were tv's in the bedrooms and numerous kitchen appliances that one can use.

We had issues with raccoons in the garage one night banging on the door between the garage and kitchen. We contacted the host and they refunded us 1 night’s stay. Two days later it woke us at 12:45 AM. They need to fix their soffits. The house needs some TLC. The neighborhood was quiet.

Enjoyed the stay but there were a couple of things. Did not get check in info. Had to request it the day of check in. One bedroom was a but warm had to sleep with the door open to keep room cool. Wifi info provided was incorrect. Glad they accept pets but no yard to take them out, a yard would of been nice for dogs to go out and potty. Host was good about replying to my questions. Very prompt.

Perfect for friends and family

We got there and the door code didn’t work but they immediately responded fixed the issue and we were in, the house itself is really cute and spacious, the shower pressure I could not brag on enough it was amazing loved the shower!! We also brought our dog because it’s pet friendly and that’s the only bad thing is I was expecting space for him outside and there was just a small concrete patio but overall I would stay again!!

The house worked well for us. Although there were a couple things that need attention. There were ants on the back patio, we found bug spray & took care of them. Some of the exterior needs attention, insulation falling out from the eve in the back. Just looks bad! The house is a 3 bedroom that has 1 of the back bedrooms blocked off with an entry from the very back of the house. Someone was staying in the back bedroom & we weren't told in advance. So when we heard noises we thought it was critters, but not so sure. It was easy to communicate with the owner & she offered a late check out due to the noises we heard. The inside of the house was nice, with comfortable sofa & recliner in living area, lots of appliances in the kitchen. Would have been nice to have mixing bowls. Bed in master was comfortable. The bathroom did its job, but the window needs replaced & a different curtain is needed as you can see the person in the shower from the outside at night. All in all, considering the cost, we are happy with the stay. It worked well for us.

Cute house

This was the perfect place we were looking for our family to crash at while in San Antonio for a funeral. There's a small, fenced backyard for some privacy. The neighborhood was lovely to walk our dog. The house is super cute and clean. There was enough towels for all of us. There were tvs in each room, so the kids were able to watch what they wanted during our down time. Our 5 year old said this house was very beautiful and I agree. We would love to use this house again the next time we come to San Antonio to visit family, but hopefully under better circumstances.

The kitchen was lacking in cooking pans. There was only one skillet nothing else. The unit needs some maintenance. The bathroom sink was loose and felt like it might fall. Tge toilet seat was also loose. It only made us cautious in the bathroom but did not make it impossible to use.The wall paper in bathroom was also peeling off in several places. The couch in the living area has not side tables and we moved a piece of furnitue over to create a coffee table where coffee cups abd cold drinks could be set. Only light in bedroom is light on a ceiling fan. This is good if both people go to bed at same time. If partner goes to bed later it is a little dark. We used our night lights we brought to light the room.There was only one side table in the bedroom. Great if you sleep on left side of bed. Not so good if you sleep on right. I needed to leave my medical equipment on the floor. Also there was no top sheet on the bed. We found one in the closet and put it one. We dont know if this is a new trend. We did not expect to make a bed bed as we were heading to bed. These are little details that made ys think about rgmhe property more than most other stays but did not stop us from enjoying the stay. We wanted a large kitchen to do a family cooking event for a 11 year old. She had a great time in the house.These little things is why a good rating vs great.

Just ok

The property was the size and location that is listed. However it was lacking in many areas. The beds were very uncomfortable and one only had a thin blanket. Neither was made fully we had to put the flat sheet on ourselves. There was one and a half rolls of toilet paper left for 4 adults for the weekend and 3 towels for 4 adults. The house was clean and quiet. But if you are planning on staying here you might want to bring some of your own "luxuries" like toilet paper.

Great location, nice & quiet neighborhood, the house was spacious & nice. We only had one major issues with dog hair being all over the living room furniture, the blue futon & some of the covers from previous renters but Kassandra was very responsive and tried to rectify the situation as soon as she possibly could. Also, a small issue with not supplying enough washcloths & towels for our group of 4. She sent housekeeping over as soon as they were available to reclean & bring extras. These are fixable issues so hopefully, It will not happen to the next renters. Overall, I would stay again!
