Welcome to Crestline View! This airy and spacious home has amazing views of the Deschutes River year round. You will enjoy mountain views as well as lots of local wildlife. Summer brings out the river floaters of all shapes and styles. Doggies frolic and swim year round in the dog park on the other side of the river. And resident osprey patrol the river while local and migrating water fowl snack and paddle around. This is a wonderful spot to enjoy some of the best of Bend.

This 3 story, end unit townhome is perfectly placed in the Old Mill. Whether you come to relax and unwind or are looking to jump in the Deschutes and explore Bend, you'll find it here. The home is just a 5 minute walk to the Old Mill shopping district. Hayden Homes Amphitheater is a few minutes walk beyond. The Old Mill features a refreshing mix of local and larger businesses. Have local coffee at Sisters Coffee and pick up any last minute outdoor gear at nearby REI. See a movie, rent bikes, there is something for everyone in the Old Mill. River access from the home is about a minute walk away. Grab one of the 2 provided SUPS or walk over to Riverbend Park and rent river float tubes.

This lovely river view home has 3 bedrooms (king, king, king) and daylight basement/family room with a kids bunk bed (twin over full). There are 4.5 bathrooms in the home. Each of the bedrooms and family room have an ensuite bathroom. This home sleeps 6 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. Strict limit of 8 occupants. You'll love high thread count linens, European style bedding and fluffy white towels. What a perfect perch in Bend!

OLD MILL LOCATION

You'll love a 1 minute walk to the iconic Deschutes River Trail. Walk 5 minutes along the Deschutes River Trail to the south end of the Old Mill shopping district. You can easily explore all of the Old Mill on foot or rent a group bike at Wheel Fun Rentals in the Old Mill. Your home is a 15 minute leisurely walk through the Old Mill to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. If you don't have concert tickets, you'll certainly hear the band warming up and testing equipment during the day and the show later that night. All concerts end at 10pm, so don't worry about music going on all night. Thankfully quiet hours start at 10pm all over Bend, including at this home.

HEATING AND COOLING

Central heat and A/C will ensure you are the perfect temperature year round. The family room downstairs has additional cadet heating. The gas fireplace on the main level is also a source of cozy heat and is functional year round. The living room balcony also has infra red heaters for brisk days.

SLEEPING & BATH ARRANGEMENTS

This home has 3 bedrooms (king, king, king) and family room with a kid's bunk bed (twin over full). All beds feature crisp high thread count linens and European style bedding. Each king bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. All king bedrooms have new Beautyrest Silver mattresses (as of August 2024). This is a 3 level home and stairs are required to access all king bedrooms. This home sleeps 6 adults and 2 kids very comfortably.

The 1st king bedroom is the river view king bedroom on the 3rd floor. It is light and bright and has one of the best views in the home. The large 3 panel, sliding door encompasses the river and mountain view all day long. You'll love having your own 2 person balcony to soak in the outdoors. It's so lovely to wake up to mountain and water views. There are remote controlled light blocking blinds if you need to sleep in the next day. Don't miss this bedroom's ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub and spacious glass walk in shower. Plenty of storage for your luggage in the large walk-in closet as well.

The 2nd king bedroom is on the 3rd floor with views of the neighborhood. It is also spacious and welcoming. Enjoy a little quiet time in your own sitting area. We still have some items on order for this space and will post pictures as soon as our lamp and table(s) arrive. Everyone in this home has their own dedicated bathroom, what a treat! This bedroom's ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower (no tub) with a view of the Old Mill smokestacks.

The 3rd king bedroom is on the main (2nd) floor king bedroom. This bedroom has 2 glass entry doors with window adjacent, so it can be light and bright, or pull the room darkening shades if you need a darker space. This room has enough room for a Pack & Play, if needed, and it's located in the closet. Of course, there is an ensuite bathroom and spacious closet in the bedroom too. This bedroom features a classic tub/shower combination.

The kid's bunk bed is located in the 1st floor family room. The 1st floor is entirely above ground and has 2 large windows for natural light. This is also a great play space! The ping pong table is on the way and we'll have pics of it as soon as it arrives. The kid's bunk bed is a twin over full and is best suited for kiddos. Adults, these are kid's mattresses, so you've been warned! There is also a 65" smart HDTV in the family room, perfect for movie night. There is a desk in this space right next to a window, so a great place to catch up on work or quietly plan your day, as long as it's not ping pong or movie night! You'll find some games, books and beach towels down here as well.

A standard size Graco Pack & Play crib and high chair are provided. Please do bring your own baby linens.

KITCHEN AND DINING
This lovely kitchen is perfect perch for watching the river float by. Whether you're at the kitchen sink, sitting at the bar or prepping dinner on the island, the river is just a gaze away. The deluxe 6 burner gas stove, went external vent hood, is a treat for the chef and you'll find all the utensils, pots, pan you'll need for an amazing meal. Drawer microwave and dishwasher make meals easy. Missing something? Let us know and we may be able to pick it up for you.

TV AND FREE WIFI
Enjoy free 1 GB broadband Internet with mesh wifi. This home has 2 smart Roku TVs for your viewing pleasure. Roku TVs feature over 350+ free channels and a basic cable package is also included. Feel free to stream your own App subscriptions. You'll find a 75" Roku smart TV in the main floor living room and a 65" Roku smart TV in the downstairs family room. For those on a working vacation, there is a desk in the river view bedroom and downstairs in the family room.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Who needs a yard when the Deschutes River is your backyard? The main balcony overlooks the Deschutes River, the Old Mill and nearby parks and neighborhood. Infrared heaters on the main balcony allow everyone to enjoy the balcony even when it's brisk out. There is a small, quiet nook on the side of the home with a couple of Adirondack chairs and a propane heater if you want a small place to tuck away for a bit. Summer brings out all the river floaters and you'll enjoy an endless day of people watching. In quieter seasons, the river residents are birds, otters and other natural wildlife. On occasion, beautiful ice floes build up on the river banks in winter

PARKING
Free parking in the driveway of this home for 2 vehicles. There is additional room for 2 more in the garage with extra room for your skis, bikes and other gear. Please note the balcony partially extends over the driveway so some over height vehicles may need to park down the street. Camper vans that fit in a standard parking space may park in the driveway. There is no RV parking.
