We recommend our space for a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. However, for those seeking flexibility, our apartment graciously accommodates up to 6 guests with the convenience of a sofa bed. This was THE worst stay I have ever had at a rental property! My family and I booked one night before a cruise specifically to get rest, but we were unable to sleep due to extreme noise from the neighboring rental unit. There was loud yelling and music blasting through the walls throughout the night, well past the posted quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.The property rules clearly prohibit parties, smoking, and excessive noise. I contacted property management around 3:00 a.m. via both text and the VRBO messaging system, as their policy instructs. I was told they could not help, and no action was taken. There was also no follow-up the next morning.The lack of enforcement of property rules and the absence of support from management made this an unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this property, especially for families or anyone expecting a quiet and restful stay. I felt unsafe to say the least! There was ZERO ACTION taken on behalf of the property management which is unacceptable! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL PROPERTY! THE WORST!!!
