As you step inside the main level of The Sanctuary at Prescott Downtown, you’re greeted by an expansive living area with tons of natural light, thanks to the vaulted ceilings and a breathtaking wall of windows. The floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace, perfectly located between the main living area and the kitchen, adds a touch of rustic elegance, creating the perfect backdrop for cozy evenings. Walk through the living room to the sliding glass doors that welcome you to the spacious upper-level covered deck, where you can take in the most AMAZING views of the Prescott National Forest and Thumb Butte as you barbecue your dinner and relax with your favorite people.

It’s uncanny how you can be so close to downtown Prescott, yet feel like you’re the only people on earth in this peaceful and secluded home. On the top level of The Sanctuary, just up the stairs from the main living space, you’ll find the Secondary Suite, which spans the entire upper level of the home. This space is perfect for a family group, with a King Bed, a Queen pull-out sofa bed, a kid’s trundle bed inside a unique cubby-hole-of-a-room that your little ones will LOVE, and a big screen TV with tons of games and entertainment options. You’ll also love the kitchenette/coffee bar, bistro table, and large full bathroom with a pedestal sink and upgraded step-in tile shower.

On the lower level of The Sanctuary, with stair access from the main living area, the garage, AND a separate outdoor entrance, you’ll find the SWEETEST SUITE of all: your own private TWO bedroom/1 BA condo! This welcoming, light, and bright space spans the full length of the home, with a fully-stocked kitchen, a family room with a dining table/workspace, a queen sofa bed, and big screen TV, and airy bedrooms-with-a-view on either end. The best part? You have your very own expansive covered deck with forever forest views and cozy couches, just outside your double set of sliding glass doors!

Bedroom 1 is a great place for the young at heart to hang out, with a large TV that’s great for gaming, Twin Bunk Beds, and Twin Trundle Beds.

BR 2 is incredibly peaceful, with a queen bed, a shared full bathroom with a 2 person bathtub and and walk-in shower, plus stunning forest views and private deck access.
