Voici ce qui vous attend. Condo au bord du lac, richement rénové et meublé, situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble de deux étages situé dans l'une des communautés les plus populaires de Bradenton. Le condo dispose de 1250 pieds carrés, dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Passez une bonne nuit de sommeil sur le lit king size de la chambre principale. Cette chambre dispose également d'un tiroir de bureau, de tables de nuit, d'un dressing et de sa propre salle de bain principale avec douche à l'italienne. La chambre a deux lits jumeaux confortables, un tiroir commode, une table de nuit, un placard et une salle de bain complète avec douche baignoire située à côté de la chambre. Aimez-vous cuisiner? Parfait, la cuisine est entièrement meublée et dispose de tous les nouveaux appareils pour vous aider à préparer ce repas parfait. Voulez-vous pouvoir faire votre propre lessive? Super, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse à côté de la salle de bain des invités. Le condo comprend également une salle à manger séparée pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. C'est un endroit idéal pour savourer votre repas, jouer aux cartes ou simplement passer du temps avec vos amis. Le salon dispose d'un canapé enveloppant, c'est l'endroit idéal pour faire une sieste après une longue journée à la plage ou à la piscine. Vous voulez regarder votre émission ou votre film préféré, ne vous inquiétez pas, il y a un téléviseur à écran plat monté dans le salon. Voulez-vous vous déconnecter complètement de tout? OK, alors nous avons un endroit parfait pour vous. C'est un endroit idéal pour lire votre livre préféré, savourer votre petit-déjeuner ou siroter votre tasse de café préférée tout en écoutant le doux son de l'eau provenant de la fontaine du lac. Oh, et si vous devez rattraper vos courriels, ne vous inquiétez pas, le condo est doté d’une connexion Wi-Fi, mais n’oubliez pas que vous êtes en vacances, ne travaillez donc pas trop dur. We enjoyed our stay here very much! There was lots of shopping and many great restaurants nearby. The two pools and hot tub were clean and well kept. Nice pickleball & tennis courts on site, also. The beaches were only 15 minutes away. Ervin was a great host and communicated promptly and was very friendly!

We absolutely loved everything about the condo. Our disappointment was in ourselves as we should have researched the neighboring area. We found having to immediately use our GPS as soon as we left the condo became more work than pleasure. Our own fault!!

April Beach Trip

We were 15 minutes from the beaches, close to restaurants, and enjoyed swimming in the pools/hot tubs. The pickleball courts were an added bonus.

All was great. The only recommendation i have is to have the floors washed. The floors had our barefeet soles black if we walked on the floors barefooted. Otherwise everything was great and thank you.

The Shorewalk property is one of the most popular and sought-after communities located in the heart of Bradenton, FL. Shorewalk is near IMG Academy (5 mins w/car.), shopping/restaurants (within walking distance), award winning Gulf Coat beaches and Sarasota.

The property offers numerous amenities that make it a popular year-round destination. This 30-acre property has a fully staffed clubhouse, 2 heated outdoor pools and 2 outdoor Jacuzzi/hot tubs, 2 lighted outdoor tennis courts, basketball court, BBQ grills, pool table, shuffle board, table tennis, and boccie ball. Inside the clubhouse you can find a variety of reading books as well as Free Wi-Fi. If you forgot to bring your own rackets, ping pong paddles, basketball, etc. don’t worry you can rent everything at the clubhouse, all they require is a small security deposit which you receive back once you return the items you rented. So, what are you waiting for? Bring your bathing suit and come have some fun on your vacation in Shorewalk.
