This bright and open Sierra Park Villas , 1 bedroom plus 2 lofts / 2 full bath condominium has rich, warm colors and is located close to the shuttle stop.

On the main entry level, the living room has a deck, a smart 56" flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen, with beautiful floor tile, and also has a deck that steps outside for easy access to the parking area. A full bath is located on this level (shower only) . On the second level has a private master bedroom features a partial view of the Sierra Nevada mountains, queen bed, a smart 46" flat screen TV and a DVD player. A second bedroom/loft has a balcony with a partial view of the Sierra Nevada mountains, a King bed, and a 46" flat screen TV. This bedroom has one small half wall open to the first level of the condo.

A third Level/ Loft , provides another sleeping area with 2 twin beds and a smart 36 inch tv in. the loft.

This condominium offers complimentary private wireless internet access.

Community features: Pool (summer only) , Hot Tub (year round), Sauna a Recreational Room with video games, couches to lounge and a full kitchen. This community also has a shared coin laundry facility onsite.

The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of the units in this community. Thank you for following this strictly enforced policy.

This property was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. It checked all the boxes. I would stay there again when visiting Mammoth Lakes.

Fabulous condo for our family

This condo was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and cozy decor. The many throw blankets were perfect for chatting on the couch or watching a movie and staying warm. The kitchen had enough supplies for cooking but the location was close to many restaurants to easily walk and enjoy. The proximity to the bus stop was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our overall experience was good. Rooms were a little tight for suitcases. It was a good location and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The "common area" was a little disappointing, maybe because we thought there'd be board games, etc. Was peaceful and quiet with some cool sounding squirrels right outside of the back sliding glass door.
