☆ LONG STAY CLEANING ☆
Just to inform that there is a mandatory free cleaning every 30 day stay to maintain the cleanliness of the unit.

☆ COMPLIMENTARY ☆
We only provide your initial consumables such as shampoo, soap etc. We will not re-stock the items once consumed.

☆ NO CABLE☆
Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services or to connect your devices or use your own account for entertainment.

☆ PETS ☆
We warmly welcome dogs to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $200 per month that must be settled prior to check-in. However, please be aware that we still need to clean after our pets to show courtesy to our cleaners.
