Everything was amazing we will definitely come back the only thing that I did not like it it was that the condo had to much sand on the furniture but other than that it was just great 👍

1604-morth beach towers

master bedroom is good, kitchen and den in good shape but kitchen floor molding needs to be replaced..appears to have some rot….hallway as you enter needs some drywall work and entire condo needs a fresh coat of paint…bedrooms 2 and 3 are very dark, need light fresh coat of paint and lighting to brighten up…a few days of tlc would bring it up to top notch standards…Needs smart tv in den—old technology in there now….

Thank you for your feedback. As is always the case, when a guest stays at the end of the busy season, you will definitely see some wear and tear which is why the prices are adjusted accordingly. We personally visit all of our properties in the off season to evaluate them for an update. If issues are found, they are definitely corrected. It's just impossible for us to do that when there are back to back bookings in the busy season. Thanks for staying with us!

We’re sorry that a hurricane occurred during your stay, but obviously that’s not something we can control (and is another reason why we offer great trip insurance). Thankfully all is well here now!

Condo in serious need of Repair and cleaning.

The location is nice but the property needs alot of work. Enamel in bathtubs missing and rusted metal showing. Area rugs look they have not been cleaned in years ,spots everywhere. Walls had black marks throughout. Small appliances did not work well. Bed skirts where absolutely filthy on all beds. Would not recommend this property without alot of work being done to it. Not the same property advertised in the pictures.

We are sorry to hear that there may have been challenges with your stay. We wish we would have been contacted during your trip, as many of these items are easy fixes. We strive to deliver a 5-star experience and wish we'd been given the opportunity to address the issues during your stay, rather than find out about them after the fact in a review. Many condos do show wear and tear in the busy season, and they will be inspected and addressed in the off season. Thanks for staying with us!

Great Resort, Good Room

While North Beach Plantation is still our favorite Myrtle Beach location to stay, this room would not be on our return list. The room accommodations were sufficient for our family of 5; however, the cleanliness of the room upon arrival and general upkeep of the unit was not on par with most units on the property. Undersized televisions with missing remotes, worn deck carpet, and stained bathroom caulking are examples of what needs to be addressed on the unit. The management of the property however was very responsive. He attempted to address the issues as best he could in an efficient manner and waived the cleaning fees. We will definitely return to North Beach Plantation, but will not plan to revisit this specific unit unless updated and refreshed.

We again would like to apologize for the issues you encountered upon arrival. Those problems have been addressed with the cleaners to ensure they don't happen again. We will also notify the owner about the carpet on the deck. All of these are easy fixes and should definitely not deter you from booking this really great unit again.

Unit needs some work. You can tell that this was once a beautiful unit but has been used and abused by the other renters. Overall enjoyed our stay but would choose another unit if we stay at this resort again. More likely a house in the resort to avoid the annoying music and long wait for elevators. Pros:Beautiful southern view of the beachWonderful pool deck with a swim up bar and snack barSpacious unit (3 bed 3 bath)High floor with sweeping views Great location in North Myrtle Beach near good restaurants and attractionsPools were cleaned and maintained dailyOffers a free ticket to a couple of attractions with the rentalCons:Unit needs attention - it has been used to the point of being worn out. Many quirks with the shower, the lighting and the appliances. Master bedroom slider was not operable. Cleanliness was not up to par - prior renters did not heed the rules of not smoking on the balcony and there were ashes everywhere in the slider tracks. Interior was sandy and dusty (I did not complain about the unit cleanliness I just cleaned since I got an early check in). Mattresses need replacing in all rooms. AllWere sagging and uncomfortable. Pool deck had loud music daily that could be heard in our unit. And it was even louder Friday to Sunday with a DJ there for the weekends. Made it impossible to relax on the balcony or at the pool complex. This may be fine for some but we had our grand daughter and some of the music was not appropriate for her age.

We’re glad you enjoyed the views, location, and resort amenities. For clarity, our properties receive full deep cleans and preventative maintenance in the off-season. Normal wear after a busy summer is expected, but any specific concerns can always be addressed promptly if reported during a stay. In this case, the only note we received was about music from the resort’s pool deck, which is managed by the onsite team (and we provided the security contact for immediate assistance). We do encourage guests to reach out to us while in-house. Choosing to “clean things up” yourself instead of letting us know means we never get the opportunity to make it right in real time. Our goal is always five-star experiences, and open communication is the key to making that happen.

Myrtle Beach

iTrip did a wonderful job with all the information they offered. They consistently checked with us via email to be sure everything was going smoothly and had no problems. They impressed me even more by mailing back to me the items I accidentically left in the condo! That was the first time I've ever experienced that kindness. I deeply appreciate that you went that extra mile for me! I would contact iTrip for future vacations.

first time north beach resort

Resort was clean and in a great area .We had a couple of issues they were fixed in 2 days Be aware that the one issue of shower door was not fixed so that one only used for sink and toilet. Lots of hot water' water pressure good and wifi great. .Make sure to bring extra dishwasher pods as they gave you 2 start and there were only 7 glasses and 7 forks so we ran the dishwasher after every meal. A helpful hint when cooking use back burners the vent over stove does not cover front two burners so smoke alarm kept going off
