Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos North, a brand-new exclusive development featuring only 15 luxurious units. Our bright, airy 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom condo offers 2100 square feet of comfortable living space, making it ideal for family vacations, group getaways, and everything in between.

Family & extended family trip

It was a really nice spot with the amount of family that came. We had 11 people in our condo and 10 more in the same hotel that was near by.

Perfect for group

Just needed a one night stay for two groups of golfers arriving a day early. Place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and beds, nice and clean, easy check in.

That this is by far the dirtiest room we have ever rented. The blanket in the closet had trash, hair, and dirt on it. Black marks and writing on the walls. Caked on dust on the molding and vent door. Clumps of hair in the sink drain. Doors are coming off the hinges or not on the hinges at all. Bathroom door would not close. Floors are covered in dirt throughout the entire house. Furniture was broken and dirty.

Photos are accurate

We only stayed one night before going to another place we had scheduled. We had a ground floor unit and I did hear some walking around above for a short time but nothing after 10pm. Found a stain on one mattress while stripping the beds but place was very clean otherwise. It was nice having so many bedrooms and bathrooms.

My birthday weekend

When i saw the pics online I hoping it wasn't AI and i was being scammed. So I was pleasantly surprised when i opened the door and saw exactly what i saw online. We were all impressed and said we would definitely come back together and with our families.

Neighbors from hell

Property was fine except for noise level. 1st night guests above us were up all night until 4:00 am slamming doors and yelling obscenities at their kids. We asked to move since whole complex was empty and we were moved to the unit directly above the noisy neighbors. We were kept awake the next 3 nights by the same people yelling and slamming doors until 4 or 5 in the morning.

You Get What You Pay For

This was a disaster from the beginning. The power was out in the back bedroom the entire time. They wasted our time sending technicians out there and nothing getting fixed. Finally they reported that the issue had been resolved when it had not. It was disgusting. There were no fresh towels. The wall paper was peeling off and water pressure was little to none. If you are looking for a place to stay and this is the only option, I would plan a different week to go to Myrtle Beach. Looking on Google after my issues, I see I am not the only ones with similar issues.
